Club Med Urban Oasis Hangzhou Longwu Resort

I came here for a vacation with my parents and children. Before arriving, I saw some negative reviews and was a bit nervous, but after getting here, I realized it was absolutely worth the price. Facilities: All the necessary amenities and services are available. There are many things for children to play with, such as rock climbing, archery, basketball, and swimming. We barely had time to try them all. They also host various activities, and I saw the kids participating happily. Environment: The Club Med environment is truly impeccable. As it's a newly opened hotel, everything is very new. Air purifiers are provided, and the toiletries are the same reliable brand as always. Service: There's really nothing to fault about the service. From the beginning, when I accidentally booked the wrong room and contacted the hotel through Ctrip, they responded promptly. On the way to the hotel, staff members greeted us with smiles. Before check-in, the hotel's concierge added me on WeChat. A special mention goes to Cling; we could basically communicate any issues via WeChat at any time. We happened to arrive during a typhoon passing through Hangzhou. Before our stay, they politely inquired about our check-in plans and informed us that we could cancel without penalty. Check-in itself was quick and smooth. Cling arranged the entire itinerary very well and even informed us about party start times. It's worth mentioning that breakfast was indeed excellent, and we also had the buffet dinner, which was priced as expected. Breakfast had everything you could want, and dinner also offered a good variety. The surrounding area is also very convenient; you can go tea picking, there's a town within walking distance, and it's easy to order takeout for milk tea, coffee, or go out to eat.

I booked a short trip for my brother's birthday. The hotel just opened in March this year. Knowing it was his birthday, our butler, Cling, decorated the room and gave us a small cake. They also sent us daily updates on hotel activities, which was very welcoming ❤️. This resort is perfect for families with kids, offering a variety of indoor and outdoor entertainment facilities and activities. It's ideal for parents who want to relax, as they even offer childcare services!

The rooms were great, with a lovely view of the central area. The service was warm and friendly. There were plenty of activities for kids too, like table tennis, badminton, basketball, and rock climbing indoors. They also had a play area for younger children, craft activities, interactive programs, and even childcare services. Everything was well-planned and impressive! 👍 The food at the Chinese restaurant was also surprisingly amazing and delicious.

Our stay, from check-in to check-out, far exceeded our expectations. The all-inclusive package was definitely worth it. The facilities and rooms were excellent, and there were so many activities that we could have fun all day without repeating anything. The kids had a blast! The evening shows and themed parties by the G.O. team really set a fantastic atmosphere. Plus, there are plenty of places to explore and enjoy nearby. This place is definitely on our list for a second visit! 👍

My best friend's family and mine, two families with four kids in total, checked in at Club Med LWS White Ark for a weekend getaway. We booked two deluxe rooms in advance, and the overall experience was fantastic. It offered both the healing scenery of tea mountains and perfectly solved the exhaustion of traveling with kids. Objectively speaking, it's truly ideal for friends traveling together. First, let's talk about the rooms. At around 55 square meters, they felt very spacious. The bathroom had a separate large bathtub, which was great for the kids to soak in after a tiring day. The hotel also provided children's bathrobes and small toiletries, thoughtful details. The main reason for coming here, however, was the all-inclusive package and the G.O (Gentle Organizer) childcare. The biggest headache for two families traveling with four energetic kids is usually keeping an eye on them, but the Mini Club literally freed up all the parents. Kids aged 4 to 10 were managed by age group, with professional G.Os leading them through tea-themed crafts, bubble parties, an indoor water park, and a ball pit. Lunch and afternoon tea were also supervised. The 'brothers and sisters' (staff) at the Mini Club were incredibly patient. We entrusted our four kids to them for an entire afternoon, finally allowing the adults some alone time to try out rock climbing, badminton, or aerial yoga. This adult relaxation time, without having to constantly worry about the kids, is a huge advantage that regular B&Bs or hotels simply can't match. Regarding dining, all three meals were all-inclusive buffets, so no extra spending was needed. The choices catered to both adults and children, with sections for hot Chinese dishes, seafood, desserts, fried chicken and fries, and even baby food. Even picky eaters could find something they liked. Afternoon tea offered cakes, fruit drinks, and local dim sum, and the evening bar had free-flow drinks. After dinner, there was an evening stage show arranged by the G.Os, which was very interactive. Our four kids cheered throughout the show and even got to take photos with the staff afterward. While the food flavors weren't mind-blowing, they were consistently good, and the variety was plentiful. Not having to drive out to find restaurants saved us the hassle of self-driving, and having meals uniformly arranged for a group made things worry-free and convenient. The resort environment was the biggest highlight. Nestled deep within the Wandan Tea Village, the overall design was a minimalist Song-style garden, with clean pathways and seating areas everywhere. There was a small outdoor playground, and the indoor water park was heated, so playing in July was not cold at all. Besides family-friendly activities, there were also mahjong rooms and quiet tea areas. Our two families took turns looking after the kids, allowing others to chat and relax, striking a great balance between activity and tranquility. The resort isn't too large, so you don't have to walk far. Pushing a stroller or walking with small children was effortless, and there was no need to rush for a schedule – it was pure relaxation. The resort's location was also good, just a 30-minute drive from Hangzhou city, avoiding long journeys and making it perfect for a short two-day trip. Compared to ordinary tea mountain B&Bs in the vicinity, Club Med was just so much more convenient. Objectively, there were a few minor flaws: the lack of non-slip slippers, and the need for a short wait during peak breakfast times on weekends due to high occupancy. Some popular activities also had larger crowds. However, these are minor issues that don't overshadow the overall excellent experience. It's incredibly well-suited for multiple families traveling together and for those with children. A big thank you to concierge Anderson for helping us solve various problems during our stay, and to Sherly for her enthusiastic service, which greatly enhanced our trip. Our four children were reluctant to leave, and we're already planning to return next month.

The hotel overall is lovely, with spacious and clean rooms, complete with a balcony and a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The recreational facilities are also quite new and well-maintained. The swimming pool water is clean, and there are lifeguards on duty. It wasn't too crowded these past few days, so the experience was really good, and the kids had a blast. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. If you're driving, you can park in the underground garage, with easy in-and-out access, which is very convenient.

Arrived two days after the typhoon, and there weren't many guests, so check-in was very smooth. Since it was my child's birthday, the hotel decorated the room in advance and even sent a cake. The hotel's customer service staff added me on a messaging app beforehand, and any requests or feedback were handled very promptly. You could see cleaning staff everywhere in the hotel, and the pool was quite clean. I had seen some reviews mentioning the pool being slippery, but we were careful and it was fine; I also reminded my child not to run too fast. The breakfast was quite rich for a family-friendly hotel, with fresh juice and all the essentials. Plus, there were plenty of activities like painting, crafts, and sports, so the kids wouldn't get bored. Planning to come back again in August!

Overall, our experience was great! My family of three stayed for two days, and there was so much to do with the kids without even leaving the hotel. The facilities are really comprehensive; the pool even has a thoughtful children's section. Every evening at 8 PM, there's a fun interactive game for kids on B1. With the playrooms, basketball court, and table tennis, we were perfectly happy staying within the hotel. It felt like a secluded paradise – definitely a great spot for families with children.

I highly recommend Club Med Longwu Resort! The scenery is stunning, and every photo turns out beautifully. The rooms are brand new, spotless, and incredibly spacious, making for a truly comfortable stay. I have to give a special shout-out to Cling and Sherly from Guest Relations. Their service was meticulous and thoughtful throughout our stay. They were incredibly attentive, even proactively reminding us about various special activities – their attentiveness far exceeded our expectations. The buffet breakfast offers a wide array of choices, including Chinese and Western dishes, pastries, and authentic Hangzhou cuisine. There's something for everyone! This place is an absolute paradise for kids! The children's facilities are comprehensive and abundant, keeping our child happily entertained from morning till night. The Kids' Club supervision was fantastic; the professional staff engaged the little ones with games and crafts. We left our child there for an entire day, and they absolutely loved it. They even kept talking about visiting other Club Med resorts across the country next time. The all-inclusive package makes everything so effortless and stress-free. The scenery, service, and family-friendly amenities are all top-notch. It's truly the best choice for a family vacation, and we'll definitely be back!
