This hotel truly deserves a thorough review. First off, the service is genuinely excellent—staff are both gentle and attentive. Secondly, as mentioned in a letter from the hotel, they operate with a 'generous spirit,' providing everything I could and couldn't think of. This includes disposable face towels, dental floss, pocket tissues, masks, and more. There's also a towel warmer, a mini-fridge that keeps things super cold, unlimited ice cream, and plenty of free drinks! On top of being great value for money, it really felt like a home away from home. Genuinely impressive!

The room was clean and well-equipped, even with facial towels, and a good selection of snacks and drinks, plus a mini-fridge. They also offered late-night snacks. The staff were all very friendly and approachable. I really liked the bookshelf in the lobby. The best part for me was the super convenient location – the subway station is just a short walk to the right, making it really easy to get around. The restaurant was also very clean with a wide variety of dishes. The staff there were very attentive; they'd bring out freshly baked waffles right away and politely ask if you'd like some, always gentle and patient.

Everything was great, the location and service were excellent! Doing laundry was super convenient; you just leave it by the door, call housekeeping, and they'll bring it back to your room when it's done. No need to fight for a machine or wait around like at other hotels!

I really loved my stay at Time Walk. This was our first time here, and the hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. The subway station is just a minute's walk away, and there are tons of food options nearby. The hotel itself smells wonderful, and the scent of tea is so calming. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly helpful; they always offered us water when we left and assisted with our luggage when we checked out. The cleaning staff were also very welcoming and friendly. They promptly refilled our drinks and treated us like their own children! Overall, our experience was superb. We ended up staying for three days. The environment is excellent, very modern and smart, and everything we needed was provided. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou!

I was really satisfied with this stay. I was traveling to Hangzhou with my kids, and accommodation was very important to me. I spent a long time choosing a place, reading many reviews and worrying about making a bad choice. Finally, I picked this hotel. I didn't have high hopes initially, thinking the reviews might not be entirely accurate, even though it was close to all the attractions. However, my check-in was a pleasant surprise! First, the service attitude was excellent – the handsome guys and beautiful ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly. The hotel environment is also great, very clean, and the facilities are excellent. Everything is controlled by a 'Xiao Du' smart system, and the disposable amenities are well-stocked. The hygiene is top-notch, and the breakfast is quite varied, with new food options every day. The aunties in the restaurant also provide excellent service. They even offer late-night snacks! All in all, I'm very satisfied. Definitely a five-star review! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I really have to give this hotel a five-star review. They literally provide almost anything you can think of, and it's all complimentary. Absolutely amazing! The location is pretty good too. The subway station is right outside, though I didn't actually use it since there are so many snack shops around. Parking is free. Water and the mini-bar are free, and there's a whole list on the wall of other things they can provide. All the cold drinks in the fridge are complimentary. The electronics are controlled by Xiao Du voice assistant. They offer a late-night snack service from 9-11 PM, and the restaurant auntie is always smiling and has a great attitude. A robot can even deliver items to your room.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! I stayed for five days and four nights. Let me start with the pros: the robot room service was incredibly fast, no waiting around. The facilities are brand new. The 'treasure chest' in the lobby had all the disposable amenities you could ever need, and free ice cream was a great way to beat the heat. The room service was an absolute surprise; snacks and drinks were replenished promptly. They even provided laundry detergent and disposable face towels, plus a towel drying rack – my delicates were dry by the next morning! The complimentary laundry service was a huge bonus; no need to trek to a laundry room. The staff would wash my clothes, and they'd be ready when I got back from sightseeing. Absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻👍🏻 Areas for improvement: The TV in the guest room is a bit old. The on-demand service is Yun Aurora, but it only allows WeChat login, not QQ. Since my account is linked to QQ, I couldn't use it. Also, phone screen mirroring didn't work because the three major apps (iQiyi, Youku, Tencent) only allow casting to their TV versions. It would be much better if the TVs were upgraded to smart TVs!

I have to give this a great review! While I was happy with all the hotels on this trip, this one was by far the best. The staff were incredibly thoughtful, helping with luggage and providing laundry service. The in-room snacks and drinks were complimentary and unlimited, and there was even a late-night snack service. All the room facilities were smart-enabled. The hotel is super conveniently located, just a right turn out the door to the subway station with lines 2 and 19. Line 19 goes directly to the airport, a quick 45-minute journey. So convenient!
