The front desk staff was very patient in introducing each attraction.

The room was very clean and cozy, and the breakfast was also very substantial.

The location is fantastic! It's just a 10-minute bike ride to West Lake, and the scenery along the way is beautiful. The guesthouse has three floors, and guests usually stay on the second and third. The rooms are a bit small but very clean and quiet. The best part was the customer service – the young lady was incredibly warm and thoughtful. She proactively gave us tips for sightseeing and was always happy to look things up and tell us, even if it took her some time. Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly patient and helpful, not only explaining everything in detail but also sending us directions in advance, which made finding the B&B super easy. The room was also very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent; there are plenty of snack shops just a short walk away, and it's right near the scenic area, making getting around very convenient. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience, and we'll definitely come back if we have the chance! 😊
