The facilities are really comprehensive; I was pleasantly surprised to find an air purifier in the room. It was also super convenient to have a robot deliver water and slippers via my phone. A special shout-out to the front desk staff, who were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. And the room was always cleaned spotless by the housekeeping auntie every day after I left.

The room was quite spacious, but the bathroom felt a bit cramped. The front desk staff seemed new or inexperienced; it took them ages to process my ID, and they didn't even greet me when I walked in.

My child went to Hangzhou for an exam, and choosing this hotel was absolutely the right decision! First, it's right next to the subway entrance, making it super convenient to get anywhere. It's also only a 2-minute walk from my child's exam location, which saved a lot of time. Secondly, the hotel is clean and tidy, and it even has a smart toilet! The service attitude was excellent too. Without a doubt, I'll choose Hanting again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

Great value for money, and the transportation is incredibly convenient. The subway and bus stops right outside are excellent. The service is spot-on, and the staff are very friendly. This will be my top choice next time I visit Hangzhou.

It was okay, and the staff's attitude was good. The room was a bit small and felt cramped for two people, with no space to open our luggage. The bed and other items were quite clean, so the hygiene was good, but the window felt very dirty.

The hotel's location is great and easy to find, right outside the subway station, so getting around is very convenient. The breakfast is also good with a wide variety of options, and there's a kind auntie who helps cook noodles and wontons. Facilities: The toilet has many functions! Overall, the hygiene is pretty good, and the front desk staff are all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
