The location is convenient, within walking distance to several attractions. The room was upgraded, which was a nice experience, and requests were handled promptly. It's suitable for anyone planning to visit West Lake.

The hotel elevator only goes up to the 4th floor, and our booked room was on the fifth, so we had to take the stairs. However, the front desk informed us of this beforehand and, seeing that we had a lot of luggage, they upgraded us to a second-floor room. It seemed to be the same room type but with an added terrace. Although there wasn't much of a view, it was still very nice to sit out on the terrace by West Lake and enjoy the shade of the trees.

A hidden gem of a hotel right by West Lake. Everything from the exterior to the interior and the in-room amenities is stunning. The room comes with carefully selected pour-over coffee, and sitting by the window, watching the sunlight dapple through the sycamore trees, fills you with pure bliss. The service is warm and friendly, and the breakfast is abundant. Definitely a place to bookmark!

The toiletries are high-quality, and there's plenty of hot water with stable temperature, showing attention to detail. The service is impeccable; the front desk staff are warm and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. They respond quickly to requests and even proactively share travel and dining tips. The hotel is great, located near attractions, right opposite West Lake Scenic Area, and close to Intime In77. It's very convenient for getting around. The front desk service was excellent, and they even helped upgrade my room.

I originally booked a deluxe king room, but they upgraded me for free to an executive king room. The view from the window was great, and the location is fantastic – you can see West Lake right outside the door, and Nanshan Road is beautiful too. Coming and going from the hotel always put me in a good mood.

Fantastic location, right by Liulang Wenying (Orioles Singing in the Willows), just a five-minute walk. The place is clean and tidy, and the service is excellent. If you need anything extra, a little robot delivers it right to your room, which absolutely thrilled the kids!

A detail-oriented person's dream come true! The service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Traveling with my child, we were exceptionally well taken care of! The front desk proactively provided a children's bathrobe and plastic gargle cups, and the luggage storage was also hassle-free. The room's cleanliness was meticulously done; the smart toilet and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom were very comfortable to use. The 65-inch large screen allowed for screen mirroring, which was great for watching cartoons with my child in the evening. It's close to Metro Line 2, making it convenient to get to Lingyin Temple and Xixi Wetland. To find such a high-quality hotel by West Lake at this price point, the value for money is absolutely unbeatable!
