挺好的酒店，衞生非常乾淨，馬桶智能的，雖然是特價房，但是房間設施設備都很好。窗户在走廊，有一點聲音是的，不過不影響。這家酒店服務人員還是很熱情禮貌的。環境呢，沒得説，周邊配套很全，吃飯啊，玩啊，都很近。如果要性價比高的酒店，這個酒店可以考慮訂上。

五一期間過來浪的，這次住的很滿意，離車站，地鐵都很近，交通方便，距離一些景點也近，省心，酒店也是乾淨衞生，空間大采光好，早班也不錯，種類也多，服務人員態度很好，全部微笑服務的，就是今年杭州景點真的爆滿，怪獸攻城一樣

跟朋友出來玩，節假日酒店這個價格完全超出預期！房間雖是小窗户的但裏面該有的設施都有，每天有專人打掃，前台工作人員熱情貼心，主動推薦周邊美食和景點路線，酒店位置超方便，步行10分鐘就到了地鐵站。臨走時服務員還免費贈送礦泉水讓帶着路上解渴，細節滿分！下次來一定再選這裏！

前台幫忙升級了房間，讓我選了一間，傢俱都挺時尚的，是什麼北歐風格，現代風格，我們年輕人還是很喜歡的，還有一種是復古的，很商務，出差的應該選擇的比較多。

體驗感極差的一次入住
1廁所設計透明的，馬桶朝着床，還衹有一層薄紗，晚上智能馬桶的燈光藍幽幽得瘮人，完全透光了！根本睡不着。這層薄紗也很難受，進去上廁所還得叫人幫忙拉起來，很彆扭
2酒店大堂電話是沒標註的需要自己去找
3蚊子那麼多把我的眼睛叮腫了來旅遊都沒法拍照！平時沒有定期消殺嗎？蚊香片也是古老的那種根本不起效果！一晚上沒睡好
4隔音非常差，看了很多其他評論也提到這個話題，你們回覆都説想要跟乾淨的環境建議訂其他房型，這是什麼意思？都是你雷迪森的房間，還搞這種差異化嗎？我們也是旅客沒有享受安靜的環境的權利？隔壁所有聲音都聽得到，本來就半夜被咬醒了六點多又被其他房間的人吵醒，那跟睡在走廊有什麼區別
5很多插頭是壞的，桌子上一個羽毛燈燈泡是鬆動的一閃閃都怕觸電了。
你們設計不同房型不同價格我認同，但請你們做到基本的設施配備完善 提供安靜環境 做好合理的房間分隔。

清潔衞生:房間乾淨整潔，一塵不染，床品柔軟舒適，連衞生間的每一一個角落都打掃得特別仔細，讓人住得安心又放心。

入住愉快，這個酒店停車很方便，離西溪濕地挺近的，馬路對面有個浙一，所以感覺人流量很大，這裏服務不錯，給人很熟悉的感覺，酒店房間也還不錯的，我覺得這個價位應該算是非常具有性價比的，本來看了一些評價，還有點顧慮，沒想到這麼好，洗澡水沖力很大，非常舒服，其他設施也在線的，好評，我覺得還是非常值得推薦的。

這次入住雷迪森世嘉酒店，對於一個女生來説，體驗感直接拉滿，進入酒店，大堂的茶香味就撲鼻而來，特別的好聞，前台小姐姐温柔又貼心，辦理入住也很快，房間的床上，浴室的衞生都很乾凈，床品柔軟，安全感十足。下次來還住這家。
