The environment is great, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. The recommended restaurants were also delicious – we polished off the West Lake醋鱼 (vinegar fish), the sweet and sour ribs were amazing, and the braised pork belly (Dongpo pork) was also a highlight. They even gave us some Longjing tea 🍵. We'll definitely be back!

I stayed here 7 years ago, and I chose this hotel again for my current trip. The experience was absolutely wonderful, and the environment is stunning. After checking out, I returned to pick up my luggage, and my shoes were completely soaked from the heavy rain. The owner offered me slippers and even helped dry my shoes. So thoughtful!

The hotel's environment is absolutely beautiful. The courtyard is expansive, featuring a gently flowing stream, lively fish, swings, lovely sculptures, and the sweet sounds of birdsong amidst fragrant flowers. The rooms are also quite spacious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. The hotel's location is excellent, being close to Hupao Park and West Lake (Su Causeway). What truly stands out is the exceptional service – proactive and warm. Not only did they provide a tourist map, but they also offered detailed travel plans based on our requests. On our last day, as we were leaving early, they even packed us breakfast. All in all, the beautiful scenery of West Lake is unforgettable, and the Longjing Mood Guesthouse left us with a fantastic impression.

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. The location is excellent, within walking distance to West Lake's Su Causeway, Leifeng Pagoda, and other attractions. Both the surrounding environment and the facilities and service are outstanding!

A perfect stay! The guesthouse was even better in person than in the pictures. The room was clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated with excellent natural light. The bedding was so comfortable, I slept incredibly well. **Guesthouse Highlight 1: Exceptional Service** The staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. From the front desk guys and girls to the cleaning aunties and even the gardener uncle, everyone was polite and friendly. They responded promptly to any questions and proactively offered help when they saw we needed something – truly fantastic! They recommended local attractions and restaurants, tailoring suggestions based on our group's needs. Seeing that we had an elderly person with us, they even offered a wheelchair, which made getting around so much easier for us. This act of kindness really touched us. **Convenient Location** It's also very conveniently located, about a 15-minute walk to Su Causeway/Prince Bay, and close to Hupao Spring, Manjuelong, and the Silk Museum. **Guesthouse Highlight 2: Serene Environment** This guesthouse boasts a magnificent garden with flowing streams, playful fish, flower pagodas, gazebos, and fragrant flowers everywhere, including a百年old camphor tree. The greenery is truly outstanding. **Guesthouse Highlight 3: Tranquil Yet Central** It’s a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. It's quiet both day and night, and the air quality is excellent. (Previously, we stayed at a guesthouse in the city near Hefang Street, and my mother couldn't sleep a wink due to the noise. But here, she slept soundly, which perfectly recharged us for our next day's activities.) **⚠️ Small drawback (perfect if you can overlook this):** It's a bit far from the subway (the closest, Shuicheng Station, is about 3.3km away), so it’s better suited for taxis, driving, or buses. **✅ In a nutshell:** A rare find by West Lake – a guesthouse combining "garden + European style + great value for money." It has a convenient location, a healing environment, and heartwarming service. It's definitely worth staying at. The transportation is convenient, and the facilities are comprehensive. It feels as comfortable as home and offers excellent value for money. I'll choose this place again next time and highly recommend it! My daughter picked this B&B, and it was even better than we imagined! I absolutely loved the environment and the vibe – surrounded by lush trees and beautiful flowers, with mountains and water, birds singing and the scent of blossoms. It's like an ecological garden, a natural oxygen bar, a hidden paradise in the city! It's also very close to West Lake, so we walked there every day. The hotel room facilities are brand new, and the decor is very cozy, giving it a homey feel. All the staff treated us like family, so thoughtful and attentive. We checked in past 2 AM, and the front desk young man was waiting up for us; he welcomed us so warmly, it was truly heartwarming! The breakfast was also very generous and delicious – enough to make you stuffed! It was a wonderful experience, and we'll definitely stay here again next time we visit West Lake.

A truly satisfying stay! The courtyard is quiet and beautiful, with views even better than West Lake. Its location is superb, very close to attractions like West Lake and Hangzhou Zoo. The owner, a young man, was incredibly helpful and patiently resolved all our issues. If I come back to Hangzhou, I'll definitely choose this place again! 🫰

Traveling with two 80-year-olds, we opted for the family room. The guesthouse itself has a lovely environment, and the small courtyard is beautifully maintained with lots of flowers and plants. The room was spacious and clean, furnished with one 1.8m (or was it 2m?) large bed and one 1.5m large bed. The host was very friendly and even gave us a hand-drawn map, spring water, and Longjing tea. We had to go to the hospital for a fasting blood test early the next morning, so we spoke to the host who kindly agreed to pack breakfast for us to take away. There was a small mix-up, but it was quickly resolved and didn't cause any delays.

This is my second time staying at Longjing Mood B&B, and it's still as wonderful as I remember. The small garden is beautifully maintained in a European style, complete with an outdoor spiral staircase, a rocking chair, a pond, and little angel statues – it's even prettier than my last visit! The room facilities are also excellent, with two large beds that comfortably accommodate four adults. They even provide thoughtful touches like Longjing tea and Hupao spring water, which is lovely. The B&B is conveniently located near the zoo and Hupao Park, making getting around very easy. There's also a direct bus stop to Jiuxi, which is perfect for those of us visiting Hangzhou without a car. The owner was incredibly welcoming; she was delighted to hear it was my second stay and even gave me tips on the best way to enjoy Jiuxi and which bus to take. This trip to Hangzhou left me with such a great impression, thanks to Longjing Mood B&B. The weather was perfect too, and the fresh air at Hupao Park was so refreshing. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Hangzhou.

The location is great, very close to the scenic area. The decor is cozy, and the hygiene is good. It's a shame that there's road construction and renovations nearby, which makes the surrounding environment a bit poor and noisy.

The kids loved it! There's a tram rental right outside, making it super convenient to get to West Lake. It's also within walking distance to Hangzhou Children's Park and Hangzhou Zoo. The breakfast was well-balanced and really satisfying, and the complimentary Longjing tea left a lovely taste in my mouth. Thumbs up! 👍🏻

We had a super pleasant and nice stay in this inn. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The inn is beautiful, comfortable and clean. Breakfast provided was simple, yet we can see the efforts in preparing different varieties. If we ever go back to Hangzhou, we will definitely come back here to stay.

The location is fantastic, right by West Lake, making it super convenient to get to scenic spots. There are also many great restaurants nearby. The B&B itself is incredibly well-designed and creative. The owner and staff are so warm and thoughtful. They even created their own map of nearby attractions based on their ten years of experience and patiently explained everything to us. I also noticed many repeat guests, and I definitely plan on coming back myself!
