Very nice hotel, the laundry room and restaurant are quite complete. The location is a little bit off-but not far from the Liangzhu Site Museum!

To be honest, it was the surprise of Liangzhu's trip. Although the location is not ideal, it is more convenient to travel by car. The rooms are spacious and clean. It can be seen that they are also carefully designed. For the urban-rural fringe, they are all very good. The living is very comfortable, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, very convenient. Although the breakfast restaurant is small, it has plenty of stuff. The waiters are also very diligent and have a good attitude. There are some restaurants within walking distance, among which Enshi Diaoguo is very good. It is a recommended place to stay near Liangzhu. It is very convenient to drive to the scenic spots in Liangzhu.

打算預訂10月1號晚上入住，不小心訂錯9月30日，10月1日下午17：30去酒店辦理入住手續，告知沒有預訂，但是已經扣款310元，沒有辦理任何入住手續，酒店也沒有任何提醒或者續訂服務，明知顧客沒有辦理入住手續級及退房手續，就直接扣費312元，去櫃枱向服務人員及老版説明情況，直接告知他們衹管收費留房，顧客來不來不管他們的事情，他們酒店不需要辦理入住手續，衹需要看到訂單就直接扣費，而且當時長者想如廁，他們直接告知酒店沒有公共衞生間，長者差點拉在衣服裏，一直訴求後説要拉在走廊裏，才勉強告知公用衞生間位置，服務差，在亞運會期間嚴重影響杭州形象，不配開酒店，感覺是黑店，就是這家門店，明天消協投訴，現在已經下班了，沒有人工客服，感覺非常非常差，建議大家不要選擇這家黑酒店 設施：差 衞生：差 環境：差 服務：差
