My cousins and I were very happy with the service and the location. The hotel is just beside a mall where there’s a supermarket and many other stores that are pretty affordable. Very good. Will recommend to family and friends.

I don’t know if this was a previous hotel or if this was always a Marriott, but it just felt like it was redone because it does look like other rooms other Marriotts in Shanghai but felt different. the shower flooded into the other floor with the door closed . The wood you walk on in room is the same as the shower- not sure if they affected the water build up. I couldn’t close the window easily . Something was blocking it . Mosquitos kept coming in. The gym was small ; breakfast buffet was small. Spend less at Shanghai Central . Service was great . Easy check-in

This is my first stay in this hotel and locationwise, quite convenient to reach from Highspeed train station to the hotel by taxi. However, the dropped off from taxi have to at the road side and not door to door. It located next to the shopping mall and numbers of local restaurants around. The music was too laugh from 1 or 2 restaurants nearby. The breakfast options are not many choices and also local western type.

Good location although you need to take a short distance walk to the nearby shopping mall then access to MRT, a very basic and good amenity hotel With all your need

The check process took longer than expected, the person kept on asking for unnecessary information,where as the passport was in their hands, the sound proofing is not that good you are awoken by the noise from the traffic outside,the breakfast was just sub par ,would not recommend

This is a nice and contemporary boutique hotel. Cozy environment in a spacious room. The breakfast is excellent with western breakfast choices too. The location is rather far from West Lake but it is a value for money stay.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The breakfast was also pretty decent. The bathroom was very clean and tidy. We ended up extending our stay. The location is really good too,it’s near the metro and close to a lot of malls.
