The environment is really good! It’s not far from the bus station, and it’s only a few minutes after getting off the bus. The room is bigger than the bed and breakfast I have stayed in before. It seems that every room is sunny. The toilets in the house are separated from wet and dry. The cleaning is quite clean. There are chaise longues and desks on the balcony. I like this push away. The feeling of nature can be seen from the window! I really love the decoration in the homestay. There are paintings on every floor of the staircase and the bedside of the room. I asked the manager and said it was the original collection collected by the owner. 回來好多天了，終於有時間來寫點評。 阿姨家的民宿開在了茶園裡，遠離了市區的喧囂和遊客，在杭州的幾天感受了陰晴雨不同天氣的茶園。每天早上都是伴着茶園外採茶聲和鳥叫聲自然睡醒，拉開窗簾就能看到近在咫尺的茶園，空氣中都瀰漫著明前龍井的香氣。 阿姨專門給我們升級了大房間，我和姐妹住的很舒服很開心，每晚阿姨還會等我門回來以後再鎖大門，超級貼心。 民宿的小路口就是公交車站，有直達西湖的公交車，公交車還會路過梅家塢，三天竺和靈隱寺，還能去雲棲竹徑，非常方便。推薦去杭州玩的大家選阿姨家。

非常不錯的民宿，老闆熱情。這裏門前就是茶山，空氣乾淨舒服，旅遊療養，放鬆來這裏真不錯！

第一次遇到這麼差勁的民宿，提前一星期預訂好房間，猶豫我兩個女的帶個孩子，這個酒店在山區地方偏，我提前訂好，入住那天晚上下着雨九點左右從市區打車一個小時左右到民宿，他們竟然告訴我給我換在了最頂層的閣樓裏，私自把我預訂的房間賣掉了。閣樓裏到處是灰塵。還放了他們家不用的破櫃子。裏面的小床還是鋼絲床。我走路都需要彎腰走。我簡直能氣吐血。真是太差勁了。真是大半夜，下雨帶個孩子跑到那裡不方便。房間不乾淨，人品更差。

1、房門一開黴味撲面而來，説換不了 2、完全就是【照騙】，簡陋且舊的房間 3、設施是糊弄敷衍了事，頭上頂燈沒罩能晃瞎眼，一半的燈都不亮 4、洗浴的地面尿漬一樣黏糊糊的液體，説是防水地膠也説不通 5、太摳門，走廊燈總關，晚上開門拿個外賣一片黑，開了又關，再開再關 6、辦理入住特別費時間，搞了半天還得住客幫忙去搞，訂單號都不看還差點弄錯人 7、600的訂單給到青旅的待遇，整體體驗極差 8、因為住到這樣的酒店，臨時改票提前回上海了， 9、讓人有種“這就是杭州民宿啊”的印象，杭州有這種民宿真是倒血黴了 10、謹慎填寫入住登記，謹防私隱泄露

民宿位於梅家塢茶場，環境好，安靜，陽光正好，暖洋洋的。店家很熱情，服務周到，綠色早餐，很適合度假和三兩好友聚會

第二次來住了，很喜歡這家藏在茶園裡的民宿，人不多很安靜，民宿裏花花草草呀，牆上的藝術畫呀，佈置得都挺閑情雅緻的 門口沒幾步路，有家很地道的農家小館，食材都是現殺現炒的，幾個菜都新鮮好吃。 過個馬路就有個小山泉，可以帶小孩踩踩水抓抓小魚和蜻蜓。再步行個7-8分鐘的樣子，就到雲棲竹徑了。門口還有車可以去靈隱寺，交通很方便。

房子很好，給家人定的，衞生挺好的，比較匆忙下次有機會再多住住，服務也很好，設施挺全面的，。，，，，，
