SENBO Nature Park and Resort

This time, I brought my child to stay in a Starlight Room at Hangzhou Kaiyuan Senbo Resort, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations ✨. The Starlight Room is very unique, with a skylight design that creates an amazing ambiance. Lying in bed at night, you can gaze at the night sky. The room is spacious, and the family-friendly amenities are well-thought-out, with a full range of children's supplies. We had a very comfortable stay. The one-stop 'child-amusement' park within the resort is incredibly convenient. There are so many family activities, like 森活家 (Senhuo Jia) handicrafts, role-playing, and interaction with cute animals. My child was highly engaged, and we didn't need to go out anywhere; we could have a full day of fun right within the hotel. I particularly want to praise the constant-temperature water park. The water is comfortably warm, and there's a wide variety of attractions, including a wave pool, a family water fortress, and a children's shallow pool. Both adults and children can find something enjoyable, and my child didn't want to leave. All our dining, entertainment, and activities were taken care of within the resort. It was relaxing for adults and exciting for the kids, making it perfect for a family vacation. We will definitely come again!

The room environment was comfortable, and the butler service was excellent. The water quality at the water park was good, and the wave pool had a great atmosphere; the kids absolutely loved it. 🏡 There are many accommodation options available. The main building's rooms are convenient for getting around, while the trendy treehouses and forest resort houses offer an amazing ambiance, with mountain and forest views right outside the window. The park also provides a shuttle service, which is quite convenient.

Calling all die-hard Wizarding World fans, animal lovers, and water babies! This place is an absolute dream come true, fulfilling all your desires in one go. The butler service is truly exceptional. Our butler, Xiao Xiao, was fantastic – he proactively shared all the hotel's activity timings. For P-types like me who aren't big on planning, it was a lifesaver to just check the schedule whenever I wasn't sure what to do next.

Great for kids who love Ultraman. The air in the mountains is fresh, but beware of small insects; bring plenty of mosquito repellent. The shuttle bus is very fast, and the breakfast buffet has a wide variety, which is nice.

Overall, it's pretty good and suitable for family trips. The butler service was also good. However, the complimentary travel photoshoot was a rip-off, regardless of the photo quality. The photo selection process was the real坑 (pain). Since we had to go play after the shoot and then leave when we were done, we didn't have time to select photos on-site. It's good that online selection is available, but the online photos have watermarks, and combined with the remote viewing, you can only see the composition, not the facial expressions. After paying for the selected high-resolution photos, I saw that the micro-expressions were just awful. I paid several hundred yuan and they wouldn't even let me swap one photo. They offered a second round of retouching for unsatisfactory photos, but it took half a month and still wasn't done. They didn't respond to my催 (reminders) either. Before paying, we were treated like gods; after paying, they became the gods.

Hangzhou Kaiyuan Senbo truly lives up to its reputation as the ultimate family-friendly resort in the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai region! Our two-day, one-night trip was packed with activities. The Kids' Island, water park, and petting zoo kept the kids energized every day. We specifically arranged for a travel photoshoot to capture our journey, and the photographer was incredibly professional, great at guiding parent-child interactions, and even crouched down to communicate with the little ones. It never felt like a stiff, posed shoot. The photos taken in the forest lawn and with the cabin backdrops were especially charming and therapeutic; the raw images were good enough to post directly to social media. The room was clean and tidy, and all sorts of children's amenities were provided. Highly recommend for family trips!

An unexpectedly great stay! The park environment was well-maintained. Our butler, Tongtong, was incredibly responsible, always quick to answer our questions and showed genuine care in every detail. She was the biggest pleasant surprise of our trip.

The room was great, a garden view room, and my child had a fantastic time playing in the water. There are more activities here than in Zhoushan. The only downside was the long wait for food delivery, but everything else was perfectly fine.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at Kaiyuan Senbo. It's beautifully situated by Xianghu Lake, with a lovely environment and fresh air. The room style was unique, and the cleanliness was excellent. The park offers a rich variety of recreational facilities, with the water park and kids' playground being highly enjoyable. Having everything from dining to accommodation and entertainment all in one place was incredibly convenient. The service was thoughtful and attentive, and check-in was efficient. It's perfect for a short leisure getaway, allowing both adults and children to relax. The experience was fantastic and I highly recommend it; I'd love to come back again.
