Atour X Hotel Ding＇an Road Yintai West Lake Hangzhou

Honestly, a terrible experience. I'm never staying at an Atour X again. It was so bad. I booked this because it was cheaper, but I should have stuck with the regular Atour. This one was also really expensive and incredibly depressing. So many issues, and I usually give good reviews...

Visiting West Lake, I spent some time exploring and eating at Hefang Street nearby. I booked the Atour Family Room last minute for the night, and it was really spacious and great value for money. Hotel parking was also very convenient. What I love most about staying at Atour hotels is how comfortable their pillows and bedding are; they're truly excellent. The hotel's toiletries are also individually packaged, which gives you peace of mind when using them. The front desk service was warm and professional too. I'll definitely choose Atour again next time.

The environment and service are truly excellent. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, no complaints there. Today, for the Dragon Boat Festival, the hotel even gave us bracelets, mini zongzi, and sachets, which were all very thoughtful and beautifully made. My impression of Atour keeps getting better and better. I'll definitely choose Atour again for future trips.

The bedding was so comfortable, definitely the Atour standard. The breakfast was plentiful, and the location was convenient. It would be perfect if they renovated the decor.

I booked a room for my parents. They told me the toilet wouldn't flush, the room was very dark, and the lights weren't working. I initially thought they just weren't used to operating things because of their age. But even after calling a staff member, it still took some fiddling around. I chose Atour so my parents could have a good rest during their trip, but it ended up causing them trouble instead. The only positives they mentioned were the many food options nearby downstairs and the very kind attitude of the young lady at the front desk.

The room was decent, though it didn't have a window. The hotel's overall amenities were excellent, and they even provided kids' slippers for families with children. We also received a small gift upon check-out. The hotel is very close to Southern Song Imperial Street, but it's about a two-kilometer walk to West Lake.

Very clean. I forgot some clothes and they even helped me mail them back. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.
