Hygiene: The hand towels had stains. Facilities: Water leaks from the shower into the bathroom, which is a major design flaw. Parking is insufficient; during peak hours, you have to park on the ground floor. This means you can't charge electric vehicles there and have to go elsewhere to charge. Service: It was okay. Environment: The lake view is excellent.

Easy parking, friendly and helpful security and front desk staff, and the welcome fruit basket was a nice touch!

The hotel service was excellent. When I arrived, the underground parking was full, and I was worried about not finding a spot. Luckily, there was a dedicated guide at the entrance who directed me to a parking space originally meant for large buses! Very thoughtful! The room facilities and location were great, with a large bay window offering fantastic views of the mountains and rivers outside! The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety and good quality!

The hotel environment is excellent, very quiet, and offers views of the Qiantang River. I had a very comfortable stay and have added it to my must-stay list in Hangzhou.

This stay was a last-minute booking, but the hotel was excellent. The check-in attendant was lovely, and the room upgrade was a nice touch! Breakfast was fantastic with great service. The riverside location offers a wonderful view that truly brightens your mood. If you have some free time, a walk along the river is also beautiful.

Jingyao Ning helped us pre-register our car plate, which made coming and going very convenient. The hotel also upgraded our room type. We had a view of the Qiantang River right from our door, and it was very quiet and clean at night.

The room was spacious, the service was attentive, and the view was breathtaking. Dai Xiaona provided excellent service.

The hotel is very new, and I got an upgrade to a better room upon check-in. The ladies at the front desk were very nice. The breakfast is just as good as W or Marriott. It was a comfortable stay, and the weather in Hangzhou was lovely, definitely worth visiting. It would be great if the hotel had robots to deliver things, so the staff wouldn't have to bother.

Staying at AMPLE in Hangzhou, I have to give a special shout-out to Dou Yikun at the front desk! His service throughout was incredibly warm and attentive, with every detail thoughtfully covered. ✨ When he checked me in, he seemed a little nervous, but he had the sweetest smile and a super enthusiastic attitude – definitely not perfunctory at all. He proactively introduced me to the hotel's smart facilities, the river-view restaurant, the gym, and the laundry room, explaining everything so clearly that I had a complete understanding of the hotel right away. Even more delightful, I found a handwritten welcome card from him in my room. Every word showed genuine care, making me feel right at home instantly. From the moment I arrived until I settled in, I was treated with such kindness; a gentleman even helped me with my luggage as soon as I got out of the car – it was incredibly heartwarming. AMPLE truly excels with its great facilities and beautiful river views, but the service is definitely the cherry on top! Next time I'm in Hangzhou, I'll definitely choose AMPLE again and specifically look for Dou Yikun!
