Always a nice place to stay. Elegant and spacious rooms, overall good service, very good value for money. Breakfast is good and there is a good choice of restaurants.

Good location and good for families. Nice breakfast and western food offered in the main restaurant also. Some staff available who spoke English also. Good value for money. Would stay again.

Hotel ambience is good. Hotel breakfast have a wide spread of choices.

Everything is fine, just it looks older inside the room compared my visit 3 yrs ago.

An amazing stay, the afternoon tea and cocktail hour light meals buffet for the club level rooms are a great perk too

Is so beautiful and peaceful 🥰 🛏️ bed is comfortable and have two types of pillows (soft and meddle soft). The view for the room is so nice, so green, you feel like you are in other place 💁🏻♂️staff are very helpful and friendly 🏯 near for a different highlight and easy to choose 🚲 or 🚕

Quick and easy check in with English. Staff outside of reception area will not be able to communicate in English. Rooms are quite clean and well designed. Location is within an area of resorts next to Xixi wetland

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, well maintained and it was lovely sitting on the small balcony sofa enjoying the fresh spring air. We took full advantage of the executive lounge which was a little small compared to other hotels I've stayed in, it was also a little noisy with some guests watching videos on their phones without earphones. The lounge itself was nice enough with the option of sitting outside on the small balcony. We also spent a long time at the pool which was rather cold, but indoor pools in China never seem to be heated adequately. The spa facilities were nice with a warm plunge pool and sauna. Overall a really pleased stay nestled on the edge of Xixi wetlands. The ambience of the hotel was warm and welcoming, the decor is lovely. A really nice and relaxing stay.
