4.7/5OutstandingTaking my parents on a trip, the hotel is in an excellent location. You can visit the West Lake in the hotel. There are not many people there. There is a road inside that leads directly to the entrance of Leifeng Pagoda, which is very convenient. I am also very satisfied with the service. Emily at the front desk helped me choose a spacious and bright room. I forgot to take something when I checked out. The trainee in Building 8 also helped me find it. The lady at the front desk in Building 8 was also very gentle. Repair and cleaning staff can be seen everywhere. The quality of the hotel is quite good! Breakfast is a buffet with rich varieties and good taste. It is worth a try! The only hotel bathtub is old and the armrests are unstable. I have reported this to the waiter and hope it can be repaired in time. If it is an elderly person, I am worried about the problem.

Haven't found the right property yet?
Perfect place to stay in Hangzhou! I stayed in building 8, closest to the main entrance. The manager and staffs there are so nice and friendly, giving home-like experience. Taking a walk along their private garden path next to the west lake is fabulous and so refreshing, especially during the summer vacation time avoiding large crowds. We also took the travel photo service, which is eye opening and fun. My family surely enjoyed it!
