My recent stay at the Hampton by Hilton Hangzhou Xiaoshan People's Square was beyond expectations, and I have to give it a glowing review! I'd seen some comments about noise insulation beforehand and was a bit worried, but the front desk service was incredibly thoughtful. When checking in, they proactively asked about my room preferences and even offered a free upgrade. They also thoughtfully asked if I needed earplugs, showing great attention to detail. The service was warm and attentive, which made me feel very welcome. The room itself was clean and tidy, with a well-designed layout. The facilities were complete and well-maintained, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. As for the soundproofing, it was perfectly fine during my stay; the room was very quiet at night, and I slept soundly. It seems experiences can indeed vary from person to person. The hotel's location is also very convenient for getting around and finding food. From the front desk service and room assignment to the living environment, everything was satisfactory. The staff were enthusiastic and polite, providing meticulous service that made my stay comfortable and pleasant. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and it was a very enjoyable experience. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm back in the area and highly recommend it to everyone!

Whenever I come to Hangzhou, I almost always choose to stay here. The rooms are clean, hygienic, and comfortable, with pretty good views. The service attitude is also nice, and sometimes they even send complimentary fruit or small gifts. It's not far from the attractions either. Highly recommended!

The young lady at the front desk who checked me in was lovely and tried her best to accommodate my room requests. The room was spacious, and I especially loved the bathroom's look and feel: it was seamlessly designed with a strong modern aesthetic and very stylish color scheme. Parking was free during my stay, and the underground parking garage provided easy access to the hotel. It's also not far from Jianse Yilu Station on Metro Line 2 and Metro Line 5, making transportation very convenient. Some downsides: The floor in the breakfast area gets very slippery when wet; even in my trail running shoes, which have excellent grip, I found it quite slick. Although there were many breakfast options, very few had high protein content. For coffee, they only offered Americano and espresso, with no classic lattes available.
