The hotel is clean and cozy. And there is a swimming pool. So comfortable :)

The hotel was wonderful, right next to a subway station, a mask across the street with lots of food options. The breakfast was great, they had a lot of western and Chinese choices, and they tasted good. The staff is very friendly, all in all they made my families short trip memorable.

It was a realy nice hotel with great service but if your main reason for going to Hangzhou is West lake I would suggest looking for something closer (especially during holidays) because its quite far from the lake and railway station. Otherwise its great!

The hotel is not a 5 star but maybe 4. It is not well maintained it has a potential of being 5 star. It needs to be cleaned outside and change the carpets. The chef was great the food was good and stuff very friendly. Yvonne was very nice and helpful. The chef could speak English and very accommodative he is the best. The room service lady was so sweet. Just change the carpet and clean the hotel surrounding . The bar downstairs was great and the gym is ohk. Nice play area for kids

Environment good

The hotel is great, with wonderful friendly staff. We asked if we can check out a little later because our train was later in the day, and they didn't mind at all. The pool and gym are also really wonderful.

Good location, Very near to metro. Kids can enjoy with the entertainment play inside the hotel. Very good service. Highly recommended for family with kids.,

The room was wonderful and excellent value for money. It was really comfortable and had a fantastic bathroom with an awesome bath and big shower. It’s right across the road from the Mix C mall with Tim Nortons, Burger King and other restaurants almost on your doorstep which gives you that extra option for delivery of food and coffee which wouldn’t take long to get delivered. The only thing that was a negative for us was the location in relation to the tourist areas like West Lake and downtown Hangzhou, which can take you about 45-50 minutes to get to by metro, however the Peoples Square Metro Station is right outside the entrance of the hotel which is great. Ultimately you get 5 star accommodation at half the price that you would pay around the West Lake area.
