This hotel has a great location - making it feel you are in a nature park. I lived the rooms with the wide opening windows. Makes you feel like you are sleeping with in nature. Seriously a great place if you visit Hangzhou.

Situated in a very quiet enclave. Room is spacious enough. There are numerous books for reading as well.

Lovely hotel , in room coffee machine is a nice touch but only 2 pods provided, very little info available on ordering room service (2 pages of a folder hidden in a drawer) but if you can get some it's delivered by a robot. Breakfast is basic but fine, I would not pay extra for the breakfast but mine was included

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was exceptionally clean. The kids play area could be a little bigger and better marked, i couldn't find it and had to ask at the front desk. The breakfast was a standard Chinese breakfast, expected a bit more variety especially with this level of hotel. Overall, it was a great stay and the location was quite convenient

The room has a high ceiling and a beautiful view. The French window can be half-opened as a balcony. There are no mosquitoes in this season, so it is very comfortable to open it. Although the children's playground is small, it releases the energy of the children. I like the Cantonese tea and snacks for breakfast. Green bean cakes are also given when checking out. The service staff are very friendly. It is very suitable to stay here and play Xixi on the weekend.

This stay was a great experience! As soon as I entered the Hangzhou Xixi Huanglong Xixuan Licheng Hotel, the front desk staff greeted me warmly, checked me in quickly, and recommended nearby attractions. Checking out was also efficient and the process was very comfortable. They also paid attention to the details. I really can't find any faults. I will definitely choose this place next time I come here!
