Lovely hotel , in room coffee machine is a nice touch but only 2 pods provided, very little info available on ordering room service (2 pages of a folder hidden in a drawer) but if you can get some it's delivered by a robot. Breakfast is basic but fine, I would not pay extra for the breakfast but mine was included

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was exceptionally clean. The kids play area could be a little bigger and better marked, i couldn't find it and had to ask at the front desk. The breakfast was a standard Chinese breakfast, expected a bit more variety especially with this level of hotel. Overall, it was a great stay and the location was quite convenient

This was the perfect holiday for a completely relaxing experience. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel is located next to Xixi wetland, so a bit out of the centre of town but a comfortable taxi ride away. The hotel is close to a couple of good restaurants and an outlet mall. The rooms and general interior design of the hotel is relaxing, adding to the general spa like experience. Also, amazing facials and massages available. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all friends visiting Hangzhou.

The space is nice, the lighting is good, and the service is very good. There are green trees when you open the window. The facilities are OK; the design is reasonable, suitable for business and vacation; the large book space in the atrium and the public space in the corridor are well handled. Thumbs up for the service again, from the front desk to the room service, they are all very good.
