Dongpo Hotel

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the bustling Intime shopping mall. You can go shopping as soon as you step out, and West Lake is just a short walk away. It's a fantastic spot for shopping. The hotel offers valet parking for 30 yuan per night, and the service is very attentive. The breakfast is quite mediocre. For lunch and dinner, you can eat at Dongpo Restaurant downstairs in the hotel, or try the nearby Zhiweiguan or Hangzhou Restaurant – there are many well-established eateries around. The rooms are not large, and those facing the street can be very noisy. My main suggestion for the hotel is about the taps – the water noise is excessive. Early in the morning, as soon as the taps in the rooms upstairs, downstairs, or next door are turned on, the entire room is filled with a booming sound, making it impossible to sleep.

The location is super convenient, right by West Lake, and there's a shopping mall nearby which is great for browsing.

Chose this hotel for a short stopover during my trip to Hangzhou. The location is excellent, right in the commercial area and very close to West Lake. The service was also very warm and welcoming. Getting around is super convenient, and it's not far from any of the attractions. My only complaint is the laundry facilities, which weren't up to par.

The facilities are complete and comfortable. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Quiet, close to West Lake. Service: Feels like home.

The service was excellent, and overall a great experience. The breakfast selection was also very diverse, highly recommended! It's much better than the Orange Crystal Hotel nearby in terms of both rooms and service attitude. Plus, the location is super convenient; you can walk a few steps directly to West Lake, and taking the bus to Lingyin Temple is also easy.
