The hotel room was quite expensive, and the room was tiny and not clean. It smelled like someone smoked there and there was dust everywhere. The worst part EVERYTHING could be heard from the neighbors. We could hear them talk, another couple was sleeping with each other and we had to hear everything… horrible night of sleep and we were very angry. Don’t recommend coming here!!!

Room very small and we can smell smokes in the hotel even in the room but the location is great and the night is beautiful at this place

Poor sound insulation and room smells of cigarettes from the Aircon. Could hardly breathe in the room. Not worth even if free to stay

The room and bathroom are fairly clean. The reception lady was friendly. The artwork in the room is also very captivating. This is a good hotel for smokers, if you are a non smoker like me you may not be very comfortable. My pillows were smelling smoke, the corridor was also smelling smoke. And they do not provide tea or coffee in the room. The electric jug is available, so you can carry your own tea or coffee sachets.

While a bit further away from the downtown Hangzhou, easy access to metro make this hotel a very good base for exploring the city. The lady at the reception was kind and upgraded our room on our arrival. Our room was rather small, but reflects the price range. Overall, a very good experience.

Very clean and affordable price, close to subway station line No 2. Grocery Store, coffee shops, tall buildings all around you.

Cost-effective small rooms. There isn’t many shops around, a few minutes walk to the station.
