Staying at the hotel left the best impression: convenient location, nice services. I really liked the European breakfast, there was American, vegetables and omelette. Very polite staff! The furniture in the room may have looked old-fashioned, but the room was very clean, with a soft mattress and all the necessary amenities. The only thing that surprised me was that there was no door between the room and the bathroom. It was very nice to receive a small compliment every day(yogurt, banana and tomato). Every day my room was cleaned, towels were changed and water was brought. My room was non-smoking, but unfortunately the room was opposite the elevator where people smoked, so the smoke was coming into the room. The woman at the reception helped me a lot with the necessary purchases online, unfortunately, I didn’t have time to ask her name.

Needs refurbishment - breakfast utensils need deep cleaning. Bowls and cups are stained

The staff at this hotel are very helpful and friendly. It is just 2 stops on metro line 4 from the East railway station, and about 25 minute didi ride to West Lake. The bedroom and bathroom are high quality with lots of amenities and the bed is comfy

Whether it is washing or after washing, the hair feels very smooth, comparable to using conditioner. When checking out, I specifically asked about the brand of shampoo, but was unfortunately told that it was specially made by the supplier and could not be bought on the market. It is such a pity.
