The hotel is right next to West Lake, just a few steps away from the beautiful scenery. There are also many small squirrels in the trees outside the hotel that you can feed. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were warm and responsive. This is my second time staying here, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Hangzhou in the future.

Location for the hotel is very strategic. Walking distance to West lake too. Good for those who enjoy morning or evening jogging. Convenient and walking distance to the shoplots. Room is cozy and comfy. All hotel staff very helpful and willing to assist. Nice to have a library at the lobby. Can help to kill time too. Well done!

The room was very clean. Having a laundry room was super convenient. The hotel is right by West Lake, so I took my family to see the West Lake fountain and the beautiful Xizi Corridor Bridge. The facilities were comprehensive and well-equipped on the fifth floor. The service was excellent, everyone was friendly and smiling, and they even offered luggage storage.
