Seven Apartment Hotel

Good location, I was able to walk around and easily get where I was going. The room is slightly old and could do with a deep clean, but suitable for my 3 night visit.

perfect and comfortable place for family, around 15minutes slow walk to the nearest train station, this is where the West Lake is and also all the food outlets, as per request they even provided ceramic bowl and plate for microwave oven usage, and even detergent for washing clothes, it even has dryer too, wifi is not an issue at all, only my VPN was having some delay / slowness, all in all highly recommend for its nearest walk able distance to the Westlake

pros: great location, right opposite of a daily night market but not too noisy. friendly and helpful staff. near to westlake, shopping mall, restaurants and shopping street by walking or cab. cons: better to contact the owner before check-in as we initially go to the wrong place with the same hotel name. this room is very small for a 4pax family with all adults. the room itself was a studio size but put two double beds inside. plus, there's a building pillar inside the room which make the room much more smaller.

Very cosy and comfortable stay. Staff is friendly and willing to help. The lobby location is at level 7. Has convenience store at level 1. Unable to comment much on bus/subway since majority i only use didi.
