goid stay recommend it in shanghai i think its a good place to chill with good vibes

Nice hostel. There are many guests, and men and women stay in separate rooms; there are no mixed dormitories. It's very close to the shopping street, so if you like shopping on Chinese shopping streets, this place is very convenient. The subway is also very convenient. I took the high-speed train, and it takes about half an hour to get to the high-speed train station from here by subway. Hangzhou seems to have fewer foreigners than Shanghai, and you rarely see foreigners in this area.

A very nice youth hostel, highly recommended. I took a taxi directly from Shanghai Airport to Hangzhou, but later the staff told me that taking the high-speed train to Hangzhou would be much cheaper. Trip is a great website, and foreigners can use it to book train tickets in China without needing Alipay; you can pay with a credit card, which is very convenient. There are many places to eat around this hostel. The room has a toilet and a shower. There are also many HALAL restaurants nearby. It's very close to the subway station. The front desk staff helped me set up Alipay and taught me how to use it to take the subway. It was a very good trip to Hangzhou.

A very decent budget stay. Staff is very helpful. Lots of rooms here and a nice atmosphere. Cleanliness can be improved upon but it is mostly due to the people staying there. For me this was a nice stay. I liked the location and people there.

So, this is the second night. The staff remains the best part of the stay. I mean the amenities are all decent too. You have your water, wifi, microwave, hair dryer, hot shower etc all covered. It being a majorly student or long term accomodation is what affects certain experiences. Not always but it's a matter of chance. Like you could be in a room which is full of clothes left out to dry, after a while they start to smell slightly. Especially if the weather is not sunny or the room airy. I find the foutons to be a particularly thin for taste. I never enjoyed sleeping on foutons but i understand it makes sense in a hostel and business wise. So when you're put up with long terms guests. It could be that 1 person comes back from work etc at 1 am and then does his whole routine shower, brushing etc. And another wakes up at 7 am for work and does his whole routine which can be slightly noisy. If you get my point. So that does affect the sleep quality which i'm struggling with. Anywho, I'd still rate the place good for the staff, location, amenities and the price factor. I also love how there are so many food outlets all around the hostel. Cant stress enough, all the young people who manage the reception desk in shifts are very kind and helpful.

First day the hotel got us a smelly room but promised to change next day. It was awful but we arrived at night and were too tired to do anything, just want to get some sleep but couldn’t because it smelled awful. Next day they changed the room as promised, much better. The cleaner, receptionists were really helpful. The hostel gets everything you want, even a nail clip, lol. There’s a kitchen, co-working space. A mirror too. You can ask for bathroom amenities if needed. They give you free new stuff, not the thing used by many ppl. The hotel is located on 19th floor so it is quite. Highly recommend

we deserved the 6 women person a room, the room was terrible. At first sight, the room already have 2 or 3 another guests. It seems they have stayed for too long, so the room isn't clean. at midnight 4 o'clock they come back and always vomit. so noisy and bad smell. we cann't slept. but service quite good, they change the room for us. Hostel should deserve for short duration, not long duration.

The room is clean, and the bed is sturdy. The staff is very willing to help. There are many big shopping malls nearby. This floor is high up and has an amazing view. It might be common in China, but the city view from the public lounge is really nice. There's a water dispenser and a washer and dryer. However, sometimes foreigners can't directly use the washing machine because they all use Alipay. If you want to use the washing machine, make sure you have Alipay. If you can't register, the staff can help you. You need cashless payment methods to fully enjoy your trip in China.

Late at night, there were still staff around, and the area felt very safe. The attractions were very close, making it easy to shop and taste some local food. They tried to help me link my credit card to Alipay, but not work. Luckily, there's a large bank nearby where you can change currency! It's just a quick 5-minute walk.

Nice location, very close to the Westlake, great view in the hostel lobby! Staff are friendly and helpful.

Very satisfied. I found a "new world" when I stayed in a youth hostel for the second time. I'm happy😁. The room is very clean and there is an auntie who cleans it regularly. The environment is great and the atmosphere in the lobby is pretty good. The service is also very satisfactory. The front desk speaks softly and gently. The facilities are very complete. There are hangers in the room to dry clothes and a hair dryer to dry hair.

Because I stayed for more than one day. I also wanted to hang out with friends and go to other places by myself, so it was particularly important to choose a hotel with convenient transportation and comfortable living. The public areas were particularly good.

The front desk can temporarily store things, and you can talk to the front desk about many things. Many problems can basically be solved. It's pretty good. The service attitude is good, very warm and friendly, and the lobby is also very spacious
