The room is fully equipped with underfloor heating and central air conditioning. The hotel service is excellent: there's a shuttle bus from outside the scenic area to the hotel, the front desk upgraded us to a garden view room, and they deliver a generous amount of fruit daily – so much that we couldn't finish it. It's the most fruit I've ever received at a hotel, bar none. The hotel's cleaning is very thorough; after the room is cleaned, there's a dedicated person who comes to inspect it. Breakfast is semi-buffet, with some items needing to be ordered, and it's very refined and delicious. The hotel's location is also superb, just a ten-minute walk from Lingyin Temple and a five-minute walk from the North Peak Cable Car. It's perfect for daily visits to the scenic area (reservations required, of course). If you can't get a reservation, you can also hike North Peak or visit Faxi Temple, Fajing Temple, and Fajing Temple, or explore the surrounding area on foot. I'll definitely stay at Jiulisong again on my next vacation to Hangzhou.

This was my second stay here, and I expected it to be a bit old, but it was surprisingly well-maintained. The service was top-notch, and the food was excellent. The driver even took us directly to the Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake, which was incredibly thoughtful. The 'Laugh and Play Travel Photography' experience was also great; the young lady working there was very dedicated 👍. All in all, I'll definitely choose Jiu Li Yun Song again on my next visit to Hangzhou!
