Facilities: Well-equipped with everything, including a laundry room. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Environment: Rooms facing the road might be a bit noisy. Service: The front desk staff were excellent; proactive, enthusiastic, and attentive to my needs. When I requested a quiet room, they kindly upgraded me, and they even gave me a small souvenir upon departure.

The room at Xixi Ya Team is very nice, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk to Xixi Wetland. It was evening when we checked in, and the attitude and service of the guy at the front desk were great. It was raining on Qingming Festival, and when we arrived at the hotel, the guy poured us hot tea as soon as we came in. 👍
