It has been a great experience staying in this lovely place. The place brought back a childhood memory , visiting the grandparent in the village during the winter time😊. The unique , antique wooden furnitures are very beautiful. Great location. Will visit this place again for the next visit😊

The staff were polite and accommodating if you spoke Chinese. The location is excellent with sites, restaurants, shopping and bars on your doorstep. The hotel is a lovely setting and the accommodation was clean.
It was my partners birthday so I requested something a little extra and the hotel provided a birthday banner, balloons and a very nice rose petal heart on the floor in the living room. A lovely touch!
The TVs were both small and incredibly quiet. The WiFi was challenging to log on to and it kept dropping.
When we requested extras like a shirt steamer and a bucket with ice they came quickly and brought into the suite.
Good service but amenities need to be looked at.
