The hotel and my room surprised me. I didn’t expect it will be so good and nice. My room was quite big and clean for this amount of money. It takes about 30 mins (~70rmb) by DD to get to the airport.

Service focus is totally in the wrong place:
1. The TV is so complicated & no genious will know how to use it!!
2. Toilet is so c omplicated- totally not neccessary given not matter so fancy -any intelligent mind will not us it as they are dirtiest parts to employed\

Great looking and modern hotel but a bit out of the way from attractions. Still, even though it is far from xihu, I would take this hotel to save money and sleep well at night. It is very new and priced less than half what similar hotels cost closer to the city center and still accessible by subway. Walk about 5 to 6 minutes from the subway. Well worth the more than 1 hour train ride from xihu because I have the time and the subways are comfortable.

The service from the ladies and brothers at the front desk was very good. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It is very close to the subway station. It takes about 15 minutes by subway from the airport. You can also go directly to the Olympic Sports Center by subway. It is very convenient. I will stay here next time I come to Hangzhou to watch a concert.

Because the plane arrived at Hangzhou Airport late at 10 p.m., I contacted the hotel for free pick-up and arrived at the airport in less than 20 minutes. Tingting at the front desk had a very good service attitude and was polite, warm and courteous. Check-in was quick and the room was on the first floor. Big, but clean and tidy. The electric curtains are very convenient, but the sound insulation of the room is a little poor. Because of the rainy and humid weather, it is recommended that the hotel regularly check the anti-insect measures in the corners of the room. Overall good!
