避雷，真的太差了，毛巾不是潔白的，都發黑，不知道是發黴了還是怎樣。洗手的時候手都打濕了才發現洗手液也沒有。喊了服務員才重新拿來一瓶。衞生間的馬桶蓋斑斑駁駁，肉眼可見的不乾淨，房間有股明顯的住過人沒有消殺的味道。還有黴味。帶的院子很破爛。根本不想坐在那邊裏，不知道意義何在。電視機頂盒和別的民宿相比，基本上啥都沒的看。總之是很差非常差。還好我自備了一次性床單被套等等一次性用品，不然真不知道怎麼住。但是周邊已經沒店了衹能湊合住。

非常好的民宿。住在暗香，房間收拾得很整潔，雖然設施不是很新，但都非常乾淨。隔音一般，不過每天絕大部分時間在外面，所以對我影響不大。工作人員特別貼心，熱情推薦景點和線路，有團隊在公共區域聚會，特地來向我打招呼，還請他們照顧其他住客。民宿位置好，走幾步就是公交車站，去龍井和北山街很方便。過條馬路就是茅家埠，與西湖的熱門區域相比，別有野趣。總之是一段滿意的行程

設施：老舊，房子也老，我們過去旅遊，本來就是為了地暖去的，沒有就不要打字上去了，比其他房間貴不少，還沒有地暖，謝絕了，杭州旅行給我們帶來的體驗太差了，服務也沒有，都是不理人的存在的，沒有下次旅行到西湖的沖動

説實話，體驗一般般。是民房改的民宿 放假小，設施也就不能去和酒店相比較了。房間裏也不算很乾凈。不過地暖對於南方冬天很重要，尤其是這次趕上降温，房間因為地暖而變得温暖了許多。
另外值得一提的是周圍的環境，確實好，而且停車方便，幾分鐘到茅家埠。

設施陳舊，牆面發黴，晚上上洗手間發現拖鞋上都是螞蟻，洗手枱，衞生間牆面上也有，窗户外面就是公共衞生間，空調噪音巨大，晚上根本睡不着，唯一的優點是可以免費停車，步行到靈隱寺半小時左右

帶大露台的温馨小屋，簡潔雅緻，特別喜歡起居室這裏的榻，榻上小几，几案上的茶具還有茶罐裏品相味道都不錯的龍井茶。榻邊書架上的書不少，總能找出一本隨手翻翻，頗覺寧靜雅緻！
