The hotel is in a very good location, on the edge of the West Lake, next to Shangri-La and Xinxin, with a large garden inside, divided into several buildings. We stayed in a room along the street in Building 5. The room was not big, the toilet was a little crowded, the toilet was inductive, it could be cleaned and flushed, and it flushed automatically. The washbasin had direct drinking water and automatic hand sanitizer, but it was a little small. The bathroom was a shower. The glass separating the toilet shower and the room could be set to a frosted effect. Compared with the toilet, the room equipment was a little old. A lot of water, fruit, and drinks were sent to the room. The bed was very comfortable, with the right softness and hardness. However, the bedside socket was a little old, and there was no type c socket, which could actually be ignored. The main disadvantage was that the room was not soundproof. When we came back from the opposite room in the middle of the night, the sound was loud and woke us up. The sound of cars passing by on the road outside was not that noisy. The service was OK, and they helped us delay check-out until 2 o'clock, which was very satisfactory. Another point is that the breakfast was rich in variety, including cakes, pastries, and bread, which were high-end goods at a glance, not comparable to ordinary hotels. The food was quite satisfactory, and the restaurant layout was quite stylish, which enhanced the overall sense of value. The sound insulation can really be improved during the next renovation, otherwise it will affect the overall experience.

I compared it online for a long time and chose this place. Because I was traveling with the elderly and children, the most important thing for choosing a hotel was comfort. The overall environment is quiet, the scenery of the hotel itself is beautiful, the room facilities are very high-end, Dyson hair dryer + smart home, this specification is really high. And the service is super good. There is a shuttle bus to help with the luggage, and the service staff are very enthusiastic, especially the little sister Chen who greets guests in Building 2. She is very friendly and super patient with children. The hotel also has a business car fleet for travel, and the price is acceptable. The breakfast is also rich, with some local characteristics, which is good. It is recommended that tourists with a budget and family travel can stay here. There is also a memorial hall of the May Fourth Constitution Revision Office in the villa, which can be visited when you have time.

The room facilities are a little old, but the flowers and trees in the hotel are neatly trimmed. The air is fresh in the morning after the rain, and there is a faint smell of grass. The location is very close to Yue Temple and Baidi, and on the other hand, it is not far from the Broken Bridge and Residual Snow on the West Lake. Next to it are Shangri-La and Xinxin. Due to the proximity to the West Lake, there will be some traffic jams during peak hours. I am most satisfied with the hotel's bedding. I slept very comfortably. In addition, the hotel's service is very good. We brought a baby over 2 years old, and the room provided a bottle of baby water. One day I came back too late and forgot to buy water for the child. I told the hotel and they quickly delivered a few bottles of water. Finally, the breakfast was also good

The environment in the villa is beautiful, that's beyond words, but the facilities in the room are still a bit old, there is no floor-to-ceiling mirror, no umbrella in the room, the courtyard is a bit small, the breakfast is good, and there is a free visit to the May Fourth Charter Historical Archives The West Lake is right outside, but it's inconvenient to call a taxi.
