I like staying in this hotel because it's very convenient. It's just a few minutes from the metro. There are also a lot of places where you can shop and dine.

Room is clean and all amenities provided. Even had English movies on the TV. Super friendly reception guy. The local market is just a 10 min walk from the hotel.

The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful! Our room was excellent—clean and comfortable—and we especially appreciated the free laundry service, even though there was only one washing machine, so timing was a bit of a gamble. The location is absolutely ideal.
One thing we weren’t quite used to was the fully transparent bathroom. However, when we requested an extra bedsheet to cover the door for privacy, the staff promptly assisted, which we really appreciated. The room looked exactly like the photos on their page! It matched our expectations perfectly, making us feel immediately comfortable and assured in our choice.

The hotel should renovate. Front area not impressed. There's only one elevator which was also old, Hallway quite dark and carpet also old.
The best thing is the front office lady which was very nice and helpful.
Location is quite good, near West Lake and a lot of restaurants there.

Cleanliness need to be improved... I stayed for five nights and the sheets were not changedt.. anyway the place is convenient, subway ten minutes away and many restaurants nearby ..

Location is perfect! I like that bathroom has normal wall not a glass one like in most Chinese hotels ! Since I am solo traveler and I did stay few nights they upgraded my room without charge . No breakfast but it’s a lot of restaurants around
