The room design is very integrated with the local environment. Outside the window, there's scenery; outside the restaurant, there's scenery. The abundance of green is very relaxing, and the tranquility of the night is something you don't find in the city. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I had a wonderful vacation with my family. The sweet soup in the evening, the pre-selected breakfast, and the small gift at check-out all showed the warmth of the service. This was much more comfortable than the standardized, rigid service of a five-star hotel, especially since I wasn't there for business. The hotel is within walking distance of Xishan Forest Park. The hiking trail is quite challenging; a one-hour climb left my elderly legs aching for three days! Closer by, there's a small reservoir, and next to it, a small, rather chic place run by young returnees, offering tea and coffee for a leisurely sit. Nestled against the tea mountains, it nurtures both the locals and enriches travelers. The healing power of nature is precisely what people living within concrete walls need most today.

The only good thing about the room was the two windows, but the facilities were extremely poor. However, the butler's service attitude was quite good.

The original room I booked was way too hot, but they quickly upgraded me to a different room, which was really great. The guesthouse environment is also beautiful, especially perfect for taking sunset photos in the evening. However, the dog fee was 300, and the welcome package only included pee pads and cleaning supplies, with no dog treats or small toys. It felt a bit overpriced for what was offered.

I had a very satisfying stay. The butler service was excellent, fulfilling all guest requests. The environment was also very good. It's a great hotel, and my top choice when staying in Hangzhou.

Great service and unique rooms. It would be even better to visit during tea-picking season!

Unfortunately, my stay at Mollin Room Dream Resort during the festive season was very disappointing. The rooms do not reflect the photos advertised on Trip.com. The whitewashed exterior paint has been worn down by rain and sun exposure, so the property no longer looks as clean and pristine as shown online. The resort is located on the outskirts, which makes it feel quite isolated, especially during the festive season. Although there are a few nearby restaurants, the atmosphere felt empty, and there were no other guests staying at the resort at the time. Breakfast was another major letdown. There was very little variety, and the quality was poor. My room-service breakfast was delivered uncovered, causing the food to become extremely cold due to the winter air. The toast arrived cold and soggy, with unappealing presentation. Cleanliness was below expectation, and the rooms were extremely cold. Even with the air-conditioning on, the room did not warm up properly, which made the stay uncomfortable. As it was winter, the tea-field views were also unimpressive—dry and lacking the charm shown in promotional photos. Due to these issues, I chose to stay only one night and checked out the following morning. However, I would like to acknowledge that the staff were very kind and professional during the checkout process. The refund was handled seamlessly and efficiently, and the team was extremely helpful with my luggage. In that regard, the service during checkout was excellent and appreciated. Overall, while the staff showed good customer care at the end of my stay, the overall experience did not meet expectations. There is significant room for improvement, particularly in room condition, heating, food quality, and seasonal readiness. Rating: ⭐️1.5 out of 5 I would not recommend this resort during the festive season, especially in winter.

The room features a multi-functional Jacuzzi, which was incredibly comfortable. The balcony is very spacious, offering a panoramic view of the fountains ⛲️ and the entire lawn, giving it the feel of a large flat villa. Plus, it's pet-friendly, though a cleaning fee applies! The breakfast setting was elegant and pleasant, surrounded by tea hills, and the breakfast itself was rich and nutritious! The exquisite afternoon tea Set B was very delicious.

Excellent hotel located in the tea village. Plenty of restaurants nearby and great hikes through the plantations. The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was basic and light. All in all it’s a good place to relax and I’d go again.

We stayed in a two-bedroom detached courtyard villa. The butler was very thoughtful during check-in, explaining everything about the room, and their service was very responsive.

Slept very well, and the service was attentive. It was convenient to go up high for tea. The wontons for breakfast were light and soft, and I saw many cute dogs. The staff were enthusiastic and proactive. Very satisfied.

Our butler provided excellent and prompt service throughout our stay, which made for a very pleasant experience. New Year's Eve was especially lively, with an outdoor movie and fireworks, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We were very satisfied with our stay.

The environment is great, and the butler's attitude is excellent and very welcoming. They even helped deliver breakfast.
