Great when travelling with families. There’s a place to wash  and dry your clothes for free (as a guest).

The room was clean and very satisfactory, but the soundproofing is not great (especially if you are in room closest to the lobby) although its negligible and personally did not bother me too much. The hotel staff were hospitable and extra service for the room upgrade (no window to with window) was very much appreciated. The washing room facility is a bit lacking, as there was no instructions and only two washers & two dryers, which led to quite some waiting time. Overall for its price, I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is really clean and nice. The service is so good. Highly recommend for you if you plan to go to Hangzhou. The destination is so convenient too. I will go back to this hotel for the next trip to Hangzhou.

This hotel is ok for the price but i wouldn't expect the rating it has in diamonds. It is definitely over evaluated. Just look at the pictures regarding the cleaning, it cannot be a high end hotel in my opinion. I had booked it especially for the photoshoot that was included, but it didn't happen simply bc they directly sent me to the place of the photos instead of the photograph place, so obv i got scammed there. You should contact the photographer directly and not listen to their indications. Also the photographer told me they don't do the red costume anymore. I was a little deceived of the hotel, even if the staff was very kind. They arranged me a later check out at 2pm. When i left, they asked me if i was satisfied with the room, i said no, and they kindly gave me a box of chinese pastries. I was expecting they'd ask why, this was a little weird. Breakfast was ok even if it's in a dark room downstairs. Thank you anyway.

I have had business trips to Hangzhou and have stayed in local hotels many times, so I have something to compare it to. This hotel doesn't live up to its four-star rating; I see a lot of glowing reviews from foreigners, maybe they don't know how excellent and affordable hotels in China can be. This time, my husband and I came for the weekend, and of course, we chose this hotel because of the location, to explore on foot. Upon check-in, the staff offered to upgrade the room for free, we were upgraded to a room with a window. It would be better if they didn't. Because that window faces the parking lot, and we couldn't sleep all night. Cars honked on the left right under the window (our room was on the first floor), tourists were yelling in the corridor on the right. As a result, my husband missed breakfast. By the way, about breakfast, the staff was very surprised when I came to the reception and asked where breakfast was served, they scanned the card and confirmed that we had two breakfasts paid for. During check-in, they didn't give us any vouchers for food or provide any information. I recommend not choosing a hotel in a tourist location and spending 10-15min taxi ride across the Qiantan River where there is a wide selection of hotels with lower prices and better conditions. The only good thing about this hotel was that the staff was very pleasant and friendly.

The location is good and convenient. Easy to access to everywhere with the public transport. Room is clean. Good service.

Choose this hotel because of it’s prime location and value for money. Clean room, friendly and helpful staffs. Have laundry room at our disposal. Location is near to everywhere

This hotel is awesome choice. It is so clean and comfortable.Staffs of hotel are very kind. I special thank for Marco. I had a problem with taxi driver so he helped me I can solved that. I had a great time staying in this hotel the staffs were very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and nice they even upgraded my room with a window type room.

Very good location, near to the local attractions. Friendly and helpful staff, offer late check out with flexibility to extend. Rooms are very clean and cozy. Highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel is nice and easy for travelling around Hangzhou city . Hotel is convenient to stay and clean .
