這邊交通便捷，離地鐵二號線跟五號線也就二三百米左右，吃飯也方便，這個地段位置，價格還是比較實惠的！總體來説，衞生還是可以的，房東人還不錯……

這裏交通方便，附近停車也較方便，周邊餐飲美食也很不錯，最重要的是離2號線、5號線地鐵口近，附近公交也很多，價格也實惠
