Homeinn Selected Hotel (Hangzhou Ocean Park Xianghu)

The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were complete. The service was thoughtful and there was free parking. The scenic area had a beautiful environment. Breakfast was very rich and I was full and happy. The service was attentive and enthusiastic.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the surroundings were great. The front desk lady was also very attentive and even helped me book breakfast. I would definitely book here again if I come to Xianghu.

I was pleasantly surprised by the free parking – super convenient! The room was spotless, the price was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. All the facilities you could need were there, the surroundings were beautiful, and overall, it was a truly comfortable and relaxing stay!

The front desk was very polite. Children's breakfast was given. Hygiene is okay. The advantage is that it is quiet and very close to Ocean Park! There is the comfort of coming home. The breakfast was very lively, but the location is that the restaurant is a bit small. The air conditioner is a bit noisy. Overall, very satisfied. If given the chance, I would still choose Home Inn!

The sanitary conditions are worrying. When I woke up early in the morning, there were several bugs crawling around the pillow. I felt bad all over and was very frightened. The sound insulation was not good and it was very noisy.

Location, the hotel is in a very good location, opposite Xianghu Lake and next to Ocean Park Facilities: The facilities are OK, quite new. My room also has a skylight, which feels good. Hygiene: Very good, nothing to say Service: The front desk is very patient

There is a frog in the room! I arrived late at night and didn't notice it. I got up early in the morning to go to the toilet. I was so scared! This is still a room with an inner window. I don’t know how long I have had it. I am an old employee. The sink was so dirty it looked like it hadn't been cleaned! I don’t know how long it will take to accumulate like this! I called the front desk to ask for a pair of slippers, and the reply took a while to be delivered. I didn't even wait until I checked out the next day! I originally booked for two days, so I quickly checked out and left.

It is very close to Xianghu Lake, Hangzhou Parent-Child Paradise and Ocean Park. The beautiful Xianghu Lake is right outside the door. There is a bicycle rental point at the door. Rent a car and go cycling in Xianghu Lake. The lake is filled with the fragrance of osmanthus!
