Atour Hotel(Hangzhou Zhongshan North Road)

My sister and I finally made it to Hangzhou after planning it for ages! Choosing the Atour Hotel on Zhongshan North Road, Hubin, near West Lake, was definitely the right decision ✨ The location is absolutely amazing! We could walk to West Lake, Kerry Centre, and Wulin Square, making shopping, taking photos, and dining super convenient – a one-stop-shop! 🏨 Room Experience: A detail-lover's dream come true! We stayed in a Jí Mù room. Smart toilet + electric curtains – a godsend for the lazy! You can control everything from bed, seriously, who understands this convenience?! The minibar is free, and there are complimentary welcome drinks and desserts in the lobby, putting us in a great mood from the moment we checked in. 🍜 Breakfast till we were stuffed! • Wontons with Fresh Bone Broth: The bone broth was simmered for 5 hours – incredibly fresh and flavorful! • Old Hangzhou Pian'er Chuan: So many toppings, my friend devoured two bowls. • Qiantang Egg Pancakes, Health-preserving White Porridge (made with Bama living spring water + Koshihikari rice – they really put thought into it!). We were so satisfied we went straight back to our room to lie down 😭 We also went to West Lake to enjoy the breeze and explored Kerry Centre for shopping and eating. Everything was within walking distance, super convenient! All in all, this place is perfect for a trip with friends – comfortable, convenient, and with perfect attention to detail 💯. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou!

The room was spotless and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were complete and the hygiene details were meticulously taken care of. Plus, it's very close to West Lake.

Service was satisfactory; the front desk staff had a great service mindset! However, the room facilities and layout were terrible. The door was crooked, the mirror faced the bed, and there was only one bedside table. The space on one side of the bed was only about 30 cm! The wooden floor was old and worn. As a loyal fan of Atour Hotels, I have to say this room is probably the second worst in the country, if not the absolute worst!
