Since they have no emotional intelligence, it's better to replace them with robots 🤖 Booked two rooms and requested no room with a footrest, but we were given a room with a footrest. The window of the room with a footrest is very small and the lighting is not as good as other rooms. We paid the same price to stay in the worst room. I don't know how the hotel front desk arranged the rooms. I have expressed strong dissatisfaction at the front desk, but the front desk did not apologize at all and did not say that they would change the room. The service attitude is very poor.
