Great location, right on the gate of Yuquan Campus and the north side of West lake which is a short walking distance away. Facilities were great and staff was helpful as well.

The front desk lady has a very good and meticulous service attitude. She took the initiative to give us breakfast, which was a good experience. The room was clean and hygienic. At night, because the child accidentally stained the sheets, I called to change them and they came to change the sheets immediately! The service was efficient! She paid great attention to details and gave me a very good feeling!
The front desk lady also recommended delicious food around West Lake, gave maps and suggestions~ Let's make this trip, the feelings and experience become better!
The only drawback is the bathroom, which has a bit of sewer odor. Everything else is great👍🏻
