The staff's professionalism needs improvement; employees with poor skills should no longer be employed. After all, these are service positions, and poor skills and low emotional intelligence will make it difficult to provide quality service to guests. My stay at the Ji Hotel was poor throughout, and the gap between it and Atour is widening, even worse than Hanting Hotels within the same group. Although I'm a Huazhu member, I will only choose Atour in the future.

Facilities: The facilities are complete, with a small refrigerator, a small table, a sofa, etc. I really like it. There's both a table and chairs and a sofa, so I can eat and do my makeup at the table and chairs, and then relax on the sofa to drink tea. The bed in the king room is very large, the mattress is very soft, and the pillows are fluffy and large, making it very comfortable. The TV here is really big, it's great for watching, and you can even watch free movies. They pay great attention to detail; the TV even shows if there are any available washing machines or dryers. Their refrigerator cools well and is relatively quiet. The curtains close automatically with the touch of a button on the bedside table, which is very convenient. Cleanliness: The cleanliness is very good. Environment: The environment is very good. I found the hotel quite quiet. Its location is fantastic; it's an 800-meter walk to the subway station, three stops to Hangzhou East, and six or seven stops to Hangzhou West. There's a milk shop right across the street where you can buy fresh milk, and diagonally opposite is Hema Fresh, where you can buy vegetables and other groceries. There are many takeout options available. Service: The service is excellent. One thing I really have to praise is that you don't need to insert the card after swiping it to enter the room, because there's already a card inserted in the room. As soon as you enter the room, there's electricity, and the air conditioner, TV, and everything else turn on automatically. You can put the room card in your bag and leave anytime.
