The floor supervisor, I think a lady surnamed Jin, was very service-oriented. Knowing we were tourists, she suggested we check out the 8th floor. Realizing we had been out all day, she quickly sent up extra bottles of water. The breakfast staff, even the younger ones, were equally attentive and always smiling. In the morning, I called a hotel I frequently used, a certain 'Jiang' hotel. The reservation department's simple, procedural response, and the young lady's bureaucratic attitude, directly pushed us towards Wanghu. Which hotel should I stay at next time? Our butler, Yajun, went above and beyond. Not only did she customize a cycling route around the lake for us, but she also thoughtfully brought us fresh fruit every day. She didn't just solve problems; she conveyed warmth. Through her, I witnessed the true essence of hospitality – professional and heartfelt. In this fast-paced world, she maintained a graceful composure and genuine thoughtfulness. Thank you for making every detail reflect such professional quality and sincere care. She listened patiently and responded precisely, understanding my needs like a true confidante. This level of meticulous care was truly invaluable. The room was spotlessly clean, and all the facilities were well-equipped. The location is truly excellent! Especially the view from the 8th floor – it's simply stunning!
