The location of the hotel is very good, the surroundings are very convenient, and the robot delivery is also very convenient. Xiaoying at the front desk and Xiaolan at the front desk are super nice and enthusiastic~ I stayed for a few more days and had a good experience~

Every time I come to the headquarters to report work, I live here. The hotel 🏨 is close to the company, the breakfast is good, the bed is comfortable, the room is a bit small, but Hangzhou is understandable.

The room is clean and tidy, with a variety of daily necessities, pots, refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, even simple cosmetics. The surrounding environment is also very quiet and especially suitable for comfort. I will go again if I have the opportunity. The landlord is also very responsible and helps me guide the way at more than nine o'clock and responds to the news in time.

The Mid-Autumn Festival is coming! When I came to Haiwaihai International Hotel to check in, I saw Mid-Autumn moon cakes in the lobby, which were in good condition. There are welcome fruits in the room. The furniture is old, the electrics and the sanitation are quite clean. Xiaowei at the front desk is very kind. He patiently answered many of my questions and I am very satisfied!

Because I arrived at the hotel early in the morning, the lady at the front desk received her warmly and promptly, and arranged a comfortable room properly. The room was also very clean and hygienic, and the check-in process was very fast. The hygiene, environment, and service were all very good. As always, I followed Han Just as good as the standardized standards in the home.

We choose this hotel as we travelling to Hongzhou for the Asian games ,The location of the hotel is near to metro station , we went there from shanghai to Hongzhou by train and to this hotel by metro , so convenient to go any of the scenic spot , and by metro hardly it took half an hour , the service is so friendly all the girls were so helpful , they have robot to deliver the food at your door step , at the reception they have book shelves, our room was hygieneic and so spacious, and from our room I see the perfect sunset which is the highlight of the room , the lift is access with the card and inside the lift it was written in Chinese and in pinyin language no English only few words was written in english , the breakfast have Chinese and western food the only thing was they were not refilling the juice and the milk and the coffee was cold ,Overall it was nice experience in this hotel and worth the money will visit again 🥰🥰
