The hotel is in a good location, next to Chihua Street Subway Station on Line 4. It is convenient to travel. Line 4 can go directly to Hangzhou East Station. The hotel facilities are good, including a self-service laundry room and a self-service gym. Check-in and check-out are very fast! The hotel is located very near to Zijingang Campus, Zhejiang University, just 5 minutes by walk. There is a food street near to the hotel where the tourists can eat from bakery to full meal. Hotel staff is nice and friendly. Nearest subway (Xialongwei) is also less than 1 km. Definitely worth checking out at an affordable price.

I booked a four seasons city room. I really liked the layout of the room, the fixtures and fittings were nice and the room had a great feeling to it overall. The reception staff were friendly and even offered free breakfast coupons. The hot water in the room itself however was lukewarm at the best of times, both in the shower and bath. I mentioned to the hotel that the water wasn't warm enough and they noted that they were aware of the problem and had tried to fix it, but couldn't. Unfortunately this isn't good enough for a new hotel which opened in 2020 and received a 4.7/5 review on trip.com. My baths and showers therefore had to be very short as the water was so tepid. There was also nowhere to hang towels or bath robes, a small detail but something that the hotel could consider looking into.
