If you want to be a stone throw away from the West Lake, this is a fantastic place to be. With everything you would want to see right on your doorstep. Our room, although a little dated, was clean and comfortable. I do prefer a firm bed and this was on the soft side. Make sure to bring a USB plug as there were no usb sockets in our room. Also, for a room with a street view rather than a residential building, ask for an odd numbered room. Breakfast selection was great and varied.

PRO: - Strategic location, by the side of Xihu Lake and there were lots of restaurants and shopping mall behind it. CONS: Considering this is an International Hotel ”Grand Hyatt” - At first, they gave me a room that was not fully furnished (no bath tub and shower door), different than the pict that they advertised. I complained to the manager to give me another room. In the end she transfered me to the fully furnished one, but she seemed annoyed by my complain. - Compared to other Hyatt rooms that I've stayed, this room was the smallest. - Limited selection of breakfast for a 5 stars International hotel. Not worth for the price they charged.

My family stayed in Grand Metropark Hotel in Hangzhou last Apr. 22-23. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staffs are hospitable but so busy due to many visitors during that day. We only encountered minor problem because the card key malfunctioned and it needs staff intervention to open the door. Overall, i am satisfied and i can rate my stay 8 out of 10.

The five-star rating given to Xinqiao Hotel during this trip to Hangzhou was an unexpected surprise. I stay near in77 every time I go to Hangzhou, but this is my first time staying at this hotel. Serve: The hotel staff are very polite and have a good attitude. They even upgraded our room type when we checked in. From the far edge of the 13th floor, we can see the observation deck on the 10th floor and part of the West Lake. Hotel features: The observation deck on the 10th floor is very unique, but the foggy weather during those two days affected the impression. Otherwise, it would have been very pleasant to sit there, look at the West Lake, and have a drink. The lobby on the first floor of the hotel is quite grand. There is a very interesting study room. There were activities during the two days we were there. The children painted fans and liked it very much. Room facilities: Well, when I looked at the photos posted by guests in the reviews, I felt that the facilities in the room were rather old, but in fact they were okay. It might have something to do with the color of the furniture. The room is very clean, the bed is big, and the stay experience is good. The overall stay experience was very good. I originally wanted to extend my stay for one night, but it was fully booked during the New Year. I will come back next time.

Service was awesome. They prepared amenities for little kid as well. The location was fantastic as well, just about 20 meters away from the west lake. Our room was facing the west lake. The only downside was there were people smoke in the corridor where there was no-smoking sign.

The hotel location is very convenient to metro, West Lake and shopping malls. As we approach the hotel, their doorman helped us with our luggages and led us to the way to reception counter. The hall was filled with a nice scent of floral, and the room was spacious and clean. Love the day bed by the window. They have a revolving restaurant at Level 20 that oversee the West Lake and neighbourhood. Another restaurant at Level 1 served delicious food too. Overall the hotel staff were friendly and the security measures they have put in made me feel safe staying in. Highly recommended.

The unit is located about 800m from LongXiangQiao Metro station. We took a walk from the station. It was not too difficult to locate with the help of the local Amap app. The check-in process was simple and relatively fast. The room was decent but was not prepared for the number of people we have indicated (we have indicated 3 people but everything was prepared for 2, including the towels, drink cups, etc). Nevertheless, the front desk was able to rectify upon requesting. It's a typical dated designed hotel room at level 5. There were windows but no view as we were blocked by the trees. The unusual part was the top hung bed (it was either super single or queen sized). The upkeep of the toilet was pretty bad, some tiles were broken, parts of the wash cabinet was put together with sticky tapes. Everything was functional though, including the washing machine. The price range was an attraction. The even greater attraction for this place was that the Wushan night-market which operates nightly is just a stone's throw away. Generally happy with our stay there.

The room is very clean, and the room comes with fruit. The location is very convenient for subway and bus travel and surrounded by delicious food. The room faces the West Lake, and there is a takeaway robot delivering food, which is very novel (you need to write the room number clearly, and tell the takeaway brother to hand over the food to the front desk for the little robot to deliver). It was nice for the price. Right next to a night market and lots of food. My room was on the 5th floor and it was quite loud late at night and in the early morning. My friends staying on the 9th floor had no such issues. So if you can, I’d ask for a higher floor. Overall, good experience 👍🏻 The hot water and the water pressure was great.

Thanks to the enthusiastic front desk lady, I can basically meet the customer's requirements for the room. This price is very high next to the West Lake. It is especially convenient to walk to the West Lake for a few minutes. The environment is very nice and the new store is relatively new in all aspects, the view is good, the artistic conception of the ginkgo leaves in autumn and winter, it is worth staying, and I will consider staying here next time! It would be better if the window had a small screen window, otherwise although there is no window, I am still a little worried about the bugs flying in. Others are great and worth rushing.
