The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the subway station, making travel incredibly convenient. The lobby is exceptionally beautiful and is located on the sixth floor. When we got out of the elevator, we saw a gentleman wearing glasses with a 'W' on his chest – very handsome, gentle, and considerate! He helped us with our luggage. Even before we reached the front desk to check in, a staff member greeted us. This kind of service is truly impressive, especially during check-in; Hanghang at the front desk was incredibly efficient, making the process super fast, and her smiling service made us feel so comfortable. The room layout is great, and the south-facing view is absolutely perfect and superb. For such a wonderful hotel, this price is an absolute steal, and the service is truly exceptional. It's the best service I've experienced in any hotel in Hangzhou, simply perfect. Anyone who says the service is bad is truly speaking nonsense. Plus, there's a sky garden outside on the sixth floor, which is stunning. If I could work in an environment like that, it would be truly blissful.

Landison Plaza e-fashion hotel was in a great location close to the Subway and Speed train station and mesmerisingly beautiful park, lake, the moat and Linping Grand Theatre is all in very close proximity. The staff was very helpful and the hotel was kept clean. The choice of restaurants in the hotel and in close proximity was great.

My stay at Zhejiang International Hotel truly brought home what makes a 25-year-old established five-star hotel exceptional. It's not just about luxurious facilities; it's the impeccable, warm, and attentive service that permeates every detail, making you feel utterly at home. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the sincere smiles and welcoming greetings immediately made me feel incredibly comfortable. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and smooth. When I inquired about local hidden gems and popular 'influencer' restaurants, the front desk team was enthusiastic and highly efficient, seemingly able to solve any issue. From the small treats provided with turndown service to the thoughtful gestures from floor staff in the hallways... countless small yet heartwarming moments like these all contributed to an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend! It will definitely be my top choice for future visits.

I booked without breakfast, but upon arrival, I upgraded to 3 breakfasts, which was very considerate❤️The environment is very good, the room is relatively spacious, the receptionist is warm and the service is thoughtful, and the stay experience is very good!
