We are a family of 3 adults. The room size and beds ( 1 queen & 1 single) were perfect for our needs. It wasn’t a roll away bed, it was a proper single bed for the extra pax. And beddings were comfy and great. Room size was good… spacious enough to still provide a 2-seater sofa, and a single armchair. Coffee making, kettle of good quality. Bathroom shower was good, vanity top very good and even a spacious area for a bath tub. It was cold outside at 2 - 5 degrees, but it was warm and good inside. Breakfast was good and tasty. Coffee was good. We had dinner at their in-house restaurant, and good was great! Front desk staff was warm and very friendly, and provided much assistance to us in hiring taxis, and showing us how to get around. It made our day as getting around was super easy with the directions given by one of the senior female staff ( which unfortunately I did not manage to get her name). She was patient and super helpful. And housekeeping lady was equally warm and friendly. We had a lovely time here. We chose this location because it was only 15 minutes to Xixi Wetlands , which we wanted to visit and attend the night show : Jin Xi Gong Xixi. It was a beautiful performance, not to be missed. But they are closed for winter now. To get to West Lake, there is a Metro 450 m away and will take you pretty fast there.

, I brought my parents to Hangzhou and chose this newly opened hotel. It has an excellent location, 2 kilometers away from the West Lake and very close to the subway station. The room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are fully functional. Especially the environment is very good, the hair dryer is a Dyson [strong] electric curtain and the light control is reasonable and smooth. I am very satisfied with my stay. The room is clean and the environment is very satisfactory. The breakfast is delicious. Hu Min in the front office is very enthusiastic and gave me a free delay to check out until 2 o'clock. The young man's service is very good and the hotel is also very good.

The hotel is in a group of office buildings, about a 10-minute walk from Huanglongdong subway station. I stayed during the Spring Festival. Almost all nearby restaurants were closed. There was only one McDonald's for dinner at night, and there was no convenience store. Room: The purpose of a serviced apartment is to be large in size. I live in the north building, which has floor-to-ceiling windows, a microwave and a refrigerator. Facilities: The furnishings and layout are quite old. I really want to complain about the basin in the bathroom: the faucet is very short, making it inconvenient to wash hands and face. There is no socket for a hair dryer in the bathroom, so you can only dry your hair in the room. The toilet doesn't have enough power and the roll holder is not in the right place. Bedroom: The bed is very big and the 4 pillows are thin and collapsed. I had a stiff neck after sleeping one night. Service: Not bad, any needs are met promptly. There is only one employee at the front desk during the Spring Festival, and you have to queue up when checking out.

We went to this hotel for a short holiday and it’s been the most amazing experience! When we got there the staff attended us in perfect fluent English! We got an upgrade to a better room due to the construction site nearby but honestly the noise wasn’t even noticeable. The breakfast is the best I’ve had in a long time huge variety of stuff western food, fresh juices, cereals, english breakfast, all kinds of dumplings… The leisure area is beautiful we played tennis and the coach was genuinely kind and we are still in touch with him, became our friend! Hahaha really nice sauna, steam room, awesome swimming pool, quiet gym… really really nice. And it’s got a Starbucks inside of the hotel… + great attraction the surrounding area. I absolutely recommend this place for foreigners and locals.

Exceptionally good service provided by Xiao Peng (小彭) and Xiao Xu (小徐). [The People] Xiao Peng always engage us and made us feel at home. You can see that she is genuinely passionate about her job. She informed us of the complimentary afternoon tea (from 2pm) and complimentary noodles for supper (from 10pm). Xiao Xu helped us with our check in and was very efficient. He also gave us some souvenirs on our last day and asked about our experience in Hangzhou. [The Hotel] Extremely comfortable and clean room. Love the open concept (1 door for the shower & toilet area). Pyjamas was thoughtfully provided as well. The most surprising part is that they even provide make up remover, face cleanser, garment detergent. 👍🏻 Free flow bottled water placed in the lobby and the lift area on each floor. Most hotels charge you for extra water but they don't. The location is very near West Lake. Not too sure about the transportation accessibility as I took Didi (taxi) all the time. 10/10 will book LESTIE HOTEL again when I revisit hangzhou. Highly recommend if you are considering to book this hotel.

The staff are very helpful, friendly and super-courteous. Booking and check-in were easy. The room was an attic with small windows on the third floor, fine for one but probably too cramped for more. It has a small adjacent shower room with pedestal toilet and basin. It was quite hot in the afternoon in late October but the aircon was great. A cleaner replaces the ”eco-friendly” disposable towels (compostable? in plastic? I don't know), water bottles, etc. and empties bins daily, so it is well serviced. There is a little shopping neighbourhood further to the northwest (keep walking to the end of the little Boulevarde and keep going through the plaza with the dancer statue), handy for basics and dining. This minsu has a lovely little cafe downstairs. There is also a washing machine. The bed was firm and very comfortable. If you are more than about 1.65m in height the attic room may be uncomfortable. The minsu is on the road leading to the 灵隐寺庙 complex, which is about a five hour mountain walk and well worth exploring --- just not on the weekend when it is SO crowded.

The location is amazing, there are many shops nearby and the metro station is a short walk away. The cleanliness is okay, it is liveable, but as far as I am aware there weren't many facilities. One of the staff was very rude, she did not even say anything even though I spoke to her in Chinese, she just pounded on the door in the morning to ask for my passport. It wasn't a knock, it sounded like someone was trying to break down my door, which scared the **** out of me. If she has a hearing or speaking disability I would be okay, but I heard her speaking to other people so I'm not sure what was up with that. Room is very small, and there's no closet but they do provide hangers. No water provided in rooms as well so be aware of that. Overall, if you are just staying for a night or two it's fine, I stayed for 3 nights which is a bit too much for a room that size. However, given the cost, I would say it is fair given the location.
