It's near the main train station, and not far from the lake, but very disappointed, this is NOT a 5 star hotel. Room was ok but no soap or toothbrush, pillows too thin and soft, and the gym/pool was in a smelly basement. Staff was tedious and slow at check in. Also the top floor restaurant -- nice view -- but the food was bad and they didn't have half the things on menu.

If you want to be a stone throw away from the West Lake, this is a fantastic place to be. With everything you would want to see right on your doorstep. Our room, although a little dated, was clean and comfortable. I do prefer a firm bed and this was on the soft side. Make sure to bring a USB plug as there were no usb sockets in our room. Also, for a room with a street view rather than a residential building, ask for an odd numbered room. Breakfast selection was great and varied.

Despite this air conditioning issue, it's still a worthwhile place to consider overall.

My family stayed in Grand Metropark Hotel in Hangzhou last Apr. 22-23. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staffs are hospitable but so busy due to many visitors during that day. We only encountered minor problem because the card key malfunctioned and it needs staff intervention to open the door. Overall, i am satisfied and i can rate my stay 8 out of 10.

Great location, near Jiangcheng station - and walking distance to Hefang district. The room and hotel facilities are more than what I had expected, very clean and available amenities, and definitely enjoyed the free-to-use laundromat! It's surrounded by many eateries, but during my stay I didn't get to try them. Service staffs are pleasant I will definitely choose here again

The hotel is very close to the train station and West Lake. The location is good. The room is tidy and hygienic. The waiter saw me carrying items and immediately took the initiative to press the elevator. The service was thoughtful and enthusiastic. I was very satisfied with my stay.

Stayed in a duplex (with stairs) family room (3rd floor), double bed + single bed. It's a bit difficult for the elderly to get up and down, but the young people have a lot of fun. Hot water is available 24 hours a day and the basic facilities are complete. In addition to the necessary fire protection equipment, it is also equipped with a mosquito killer. (Mosquitoes did appear after opening the windows for ventilation) There are two emergency exit stairs. The height of the first floor of the indoor staircase is a bit special and requires special attention. The room should look stunning, but it's a pity that I didn't bring matching clothes.

Although the historical building is very tasteful, it is almost soundproof. Parking in the scenic area is not convenient enough. Checking in that night, the TV didn't work, the heating didn't work, and the bathtub didn't have a plug. This price reflects a relatively high price.

The staff is very friendly and went to the extra mile to explain to me how to use the logistic services. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel is located along the Nan Song Yu Street where has many shops for food and gifts. The hotel also provide free mineral water. The only setback is the wifi service which require to have a local phone number for verification code. Those without a local number will not be able to connect to wifi. However, the staff is able to assist by using their hotel phone number to activate the wifi as an alternative. Overall, excellent service, location and cleanliness. We will definitely wanna stay here again if we come to Hangzhou again.

The Drum Tower, Hefang Street, and Southern Song Dynasty Imperial Street are just outside the door. The location is excellent. The decoration materials are made of natural wood, bamboo and other natural environmentally friendly materials. I stayed there for two days and it was very comfortable. The service was particularly good.

Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.

The room is very nice, I really like it. The sister in the room is really considerate. Her pants were accidentally scratched when she was traveling. One sister in the room asked for a sewing bag, but she was very enthusiastic and helped me sew the clothes directly. It was really considerate. Although she traveled far away from home, this hotel felt very family like and left a deep impression on me. I don't know the name of this sister, but I still want to say thank you, I am also very grateful to Anding Luyaduo for cultivating such a service staff. You are very good and I hope it will continue to improve!
