Very satisfied with the hotel, fully equipped with smart toilets, underfloor heating and air conditioning. I like this style. The courtyard-style building is very suitable for drinking tea and chatting. The location of the hotel is convenient for walking around and eating in the scenic area. The front desk service is also in place, I am really sorry to forget the name of the girl at the front desk (we checked in on the afternoon of the 24th) very nice.

Booked for one night at first, then renewed for another night. First of all, the geographical location is very advantageous. Up the mountain is Lingyin Temple, and it is also close to famous West Lake scenic spots such as Yujian Bridge (a place with not many people and beautiful scenery). There are boats nearby that directly lead to various scenic spots in the West Lake. It is very convenient to use boats as a means of transportation to travel to the West Lake. , and these are all within walking distance of the B&B. Parking charges in West Lake are very expensive, but the B&B has its own parking space (free). There were traffic jams everywhere on holidays, so we parked the car at the B&B and traveled around the West Lake. The owner of the B&B was very nice. He heard that we were going to the Botanical Garden and told us about nearby restaurants and various routes. There is a dog ”Tangyuan” in the B&B who plays very happily with our family treasure, and we also like it very much. There is a tatami bed in the room, which is very suitable for a family. There is no need to worry about children falling off the bed in the middle of the night. It is very safe. We like the bathtub very much. The B&B also thoughtfully prepared disposable bath bags, so we can take a bath with peace of mind. The toilet is automatically heated, warming the baby’s buttocks in winter hahahaha This is a B&B that I will come back to and recommend to my friends who are coming to Hangzhou.

Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.

Heaven on earth, the most remembered Hangzhou! The beautiful Hangzhou makes people linger, and the lotus rain has added a surprise to this trip to Hangzhou with their parents! This homestay is a small western-style building in the Republic of China. It is located in the Maojia Port Scenic Area. Maojia Port is close to the West Lake. Not only is the scenery beautiful, the air is fresh, but also the rare quietness. It is a good place for vacation. The environment of the Lotus Yuxuan B&B is clean and elegant, with a strong Republic of China style, warm and accent. The boss and the proprietress are very nice, warm and meticulous, recommend the tour route for us, introduce the surrounding environment, and carefully prepare wind oil and umbrellas. Since our return time is late, the boss also delayed the check-out time. It is especially worth mentioning that the hotel also provides cheongsam for a fee. The boss helps to shoot in the real scene in the hotel. The photography technology is superb! This trip to Hangzhou left unforgettable memories for my parents. Next time I come to Hangzhou, I will definitely choose Lotus Yuxuan!

The service is very good and warm. It is right on the edge of the West Lake. Local snacks from Hangzhou are given, which are delicious. There is a tea garden outside the restaurant, and it is also very photogenic. Xiao Liu at the front desk and the little housekeeper are very enthusiastic! At the end of check out, I also gave a small gift.

We stayed at the Urcove Hotel in Hangzhou Westlake for two nights and we were very impressed by the service of this hotel. The room was clean, with a comfortable queen-sized bed and a large flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, with a heated toilet and an auto flash feature. The staff were very helpful and friendly, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. They even taught me how to use the WeChat app to order a cab, which was very convenient. The hotel also had a cute little robot helper that would deliver items to my room, such as towels, water, or snacks. It was a fun and unique experience. There is a metro station right infront of the hotel that is connected to a food street underground and a big shopping mall. If you like more shopping ,walk about 20 minutes to reach the IN77. Or if you don’t want to walk like us , you can just get a cab easily. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hangzhou. It was a great value for money, with excellent service. The only thing that could be better is the holder for shampoo and shower gel could be better design to be more steady.

The location is excellent. Just across the road is Gate 3 of Quyuan Fenghe. There is a sunrise photo spot more than 900 meters south. It is also very close to the guide point of Suilu. There is a green tea, a Michelin and various restaurants nearby. . You can park at the hotel if you drive by car. For the West Lake Scenic Area where parking spaces are scarce, it is simply a private parking space. At the entrance of Yanggongdi, there will be a bit of congestion during peak hours. The hotel facilities are good and it has a very comfortable feeling. There are gardening scenes in each atrium and an indoor garden. The atmosphere is very bookish. The lobby bar has been turned into a book bar, where you can also drink tea and chat. A rest area inside has also been turned into a reading corner, and there are also books in the room. Traveling with my parents, I booked a double room and a twin room. There is a small table in the double room with a pencil case on the table. It is suitable for children who need to do some homework when going out. The assigned room is on the second floor close to the Yanggong Embankment side. It has good privacy and does not need to worry about the impact of the road. The hotel's breakfast is quite satisfactory, with a full range of varieties, and the soy milk is delicious. The service is pretty good, with guidance on parking, a concierge to deliver luggage and room, welcome fruit and sleep mask.

It was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget. Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment. The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious! Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration! After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice. To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel: 1. Attentive and caring service 2. Nature and beautiful surroundings 3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages. 4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation 5. Amazing tea Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

Hotel location: At the head of Baile Bridge in Baile Village, cross the bridge and look forward to the right. It takes only three minutes to walk to the North Peak Cableway. Opposite the cableway is the Lingyin Temple Bus Station (Lingyin District is restricted on weekends starting from March, you will find this station really useful). You can go to many places in one stop, but if To get to West Lake, you need to go through the parking lot to Lingyin East and take the famous 1314 (just ask volunteers). Going further inside is Lingyin Temple. Eating: There is a small supermarket next to the hotel, and opposite is the private restaurant ”Her City Has Him”. (The hotel service staff can really give a good introduction. The location is really good and you can get there quickly by car.) Room: The courtyard room I ordered is right next to the bar. The door is made into two layers, which provides good privacy, but there is still a little noise from the water flow equipment. When you wake up in the morning, you will be greeted by the singing of birds and the fragrance of flowers. A disposable bath cover will be provided when using the bathtub. The tea set is of high quality. The tea leaves are white tea and Longjing. The white tea is good. I suspect the owner is from Fujian. The whole hotel is full of Wan Qian Tang (plus white tea). Breakfast was plentiful and very clear. As a detail, there is a small wooden jewelry box at the bedside for ladies to store jewelry, which is wonderful.
