Hotels near Shuangfeng Chayun Scenic Resort in Hangzhou

The service is very good and warm. It is right on the edge of the West Lake. Local snacks from Hangzhou are given, which are delicious. There is a tea garden outside the restaurant, and it is also very photogenic. Xiao Liu at the front desk and the little housekeeper are very enthusiastic! At the end of check out, I also gave a small gift.

It was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget. Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment. The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious! Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration! After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice. To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel: 1. Attentive and caring service 2. Nature and beautiful surroundings 3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages. 4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation 5. Amazing tea Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.

Very satisfied with the hotel, fully equipped with smart toilets, underfloor heating and air conditioning. I like this style. The courtyard-style building is very suitable for drinking tea and chatting. The location of the hotel is convenient for walking around and eating in the scenic area. The front desk service is also in place, I am really sorry to forget the name of the girl at the front desk (we checked in on the afternoon of the 24th) very nice.

In Qingzhiwu I haven’t been here for a long time. The room was very clean, there was no strange smell, and the bed was very comfortable. The TV in the room has not been adjusted properly. If there is no signal, it will not work. The Internet speed may not be that fast. The toffees given by the boss lady are really delicious hahaha, the overall feeling is still great

We stayed at the Urcove Hotel in Hangzhou Westlake for two nights and we were very impressed by the service of this hotel. The room was clean, with a comfortable queen-sized bed and a large flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, with a heated toilet and an auto flash feature. The staff were very helpful and friendly, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. They even taught me how to use the WeChat app to order a cab, which was very convenient. The hotel also had a cute little robot helper that would deliver items to my room, such as towels, water, or snacks. It was a fun and unique experience. There is a metro station right infront of the hotel that is connected to a food street underground and a big shopping mall. If you like more shopping ,walk about 20 minutes to reach the IN77. Or if you don’t want to walk like us , you can just get a cab easily. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hangzhou. It was a great value for money, with excellent service. The only thing that could be better is the holder for shampoo and shower gel could be better design to be more steady.

In the deepest part of Qingzhiwu, at the foot of Lingfeng Mountain in Hangzhou Botanical Garden, the night is quiet, the birds are singing in the morning, and the morning glow has not been seen for a long time; classmates gather together, a few small families, barbecue on the backyard terrace, play cards, talk freely, weekend Utopia.

In Qingzhiwu, exit from Exit B of Huanglong Sports Center Subway Station and turn right to 1003M. It is 3 stops to Qingzhiwu and costs one yuan. The accommodation in Qingzhiwu is all B&Bs, so eating is not very convenient, but you can go to eat near the Yuquan campus of Zhejiang University, just one stop away. It was a little cold on the first floor. Hangzhou has recently cooled down and the weather itself is also cold. It may be better to choose a room upstairs. The room is a bit small, but it is comfortable for two people. It is quite cheap, but the cleanliness and sanitary services are great. They help tidy up the room and put new supplies every day, which is great👍. The landlady also helped us find a power bank so that we could stay warm when we returned to the house at night. The service was really poor. The big crab here is Qingzhiwu. It is very convenient to go to the West Lake Scenic Area and Lingyin Temple.

This hotel is not far from the West Lake. It is on the 18th floor of a building. There are security gates for entry and exit. When you go out, turn left, then turn right and walk 50 meters past the door to the subway entrance. You can take the subway to the airport, train station, Wulin Square, The Olympic Sports Center and other places are very convenient; when you go out, turn right and walk 200 meters to take the bus, which will take you to the broken bridge of the West Lake in 3 stops. Although the family room is not big, it has a relatively large bed and a medium bed. The room can accommodate 3 large suitcases, and the hygiene is acceptable. The decoration of the room is relatively simple, so it is economical. The bathroom is very small, and there is no bathroom curtain in the shower room. There are water stains everywhere in the bathroom after taking a bath, and drainage is difficult. You have to borrow a mop to clean up the water after each bath, which is a bad experience for the guests. The front desk staff are quite enthusiastic.

The location of the B&B is easy to find. There is a fruitful grapefruit tree at the door. It is very close to the attractions and has convenient transportation. The rooms are clean and hygienic. The proprietress is gentle, enthusiastic, attentive and thoughtful. She is super patient in introducing the attractions to us. There is also a cute little lady Brown Tang, baby. He said that he would stay with the beautiful aunt next time he comes~
