The executive double room can add an extra bed, which is convenient for bringing children, with a 2m bed and an extra camp bed. The hotel is in a convenient location, very close to the West Lake Ferry Terminal, less than 10 minutes walk, the parking lot is large, all on the ground, when you check in, tell the front desk entry system, free parking, next to the Great Hall of the People office area. We wanted to eat Hangzhou specialty snacks and did not have breakfast at the hotel. Hotel customer service and room service are very good. The opening time is not long, there is no smell in the room, the toiletries are British brand, the smart toilet, and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel is not far from the pedestrian street, 7-8 minutes by bike. The front desk gave me a pen when I checked out. The kids liked it. highly recommended. Come again next time.

Service was absolutely top notch, from the check-in staff, the concierge, the room service crew, as you would expect from a proper 5 star hotel. Breakfast had lots of great options for everyone, there was one female cook that didn’t seem to want to hold things for me on the side while I was handling stuff for the wife and baby, but the manager took care of it for us, so once again, amazing service. Room was big and well maintained albeit a bit old. Wife insisted that I mentioned the amazing quality of the soap. I’ll say that the bed was a bit too soft for us, but I’m sure others will love that. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so relaxing. Will definitely stay again!!

Hotel is located at 体育场路, it has a passage way for drop off which is a plus point for us as we need not soak in the rain while transporting our luggage. The hotel has a small gym room which is great. We could burn the extra fat after some Hangzhou food delicacies. Everything is excellent except the cleanliness of the hotel room. First and foremost, there is a huge urine smell in the dry toilet area. We have requested for the cleaning lady to help to get rid & clean the toilet however no action has been taken. Then we noticed the bed we slept in actually has bed bugs. We have super sensitive skins (u may refer to the pic attached), we woke up at 1.30am to apply ointment due to itchiness :(

The hotel is nicely decorated. I initially booked one night. Despite some minor problems I had the first night I decided to stay an extra night. I called the front desk and asked whether shifting rooms who be beneficial and the front desk staff are very helpful and considerate. She immediately escorted me to another room for inspection. The rooms in this hotel are clean and well equipped with basic necessities plus some thoughtful extras like loofah, longjing tea leaves, beer, coke, juice, soda water, and chips in minibar. Location is not too bad. Great staff Nice hotel. Very pleasant experience.

Hotel is clean and near to Westlake scenic spot. Upon arrival, we got complimentary drinks and snacks at the dining room which located next to hotel lobby. Hotel do provide washing machine and dryer. Breakfast is pretty good with many varieties and the dining area is pretty clean and cozy to kick start our day great. Toilet room and shower room are separately build, but both room shared the same door which mean that you can only close one room with door at one time. Overall it is a very nice hotel and definitely will going back!

Good location from Wulinmen Station, exit A1. Just a few mins walk but it's tucked away from the main street so you may miss it. Keep an eye out for the Lawson and then turn into the side parking lot. Staff couldn't speak English but still helped us a lot using translation apps. Hotel was modern and rooms clean. Would stay again if I came to Hangzhou.

I was very pleasantly surprised when I chose this Hanting restaurant for the first time. The location is perfect, perfect for us to come and walk our kids on the weekends. More than a kilometer next to it is the Children's Palace Amu*****t Park with a lot to play in. Go directly to Hangzhou Zoo to see giant pandas and sea lions at 318 The aunties in the housekeeping department and the restaurant are also super nice. The lady at the front desk is also very kind 👍 I will come again next time. However, our room is in a duplex building and the sound insulation is not good. Walking upstairs feels like an earthquake.

I came here on a business trip and stayed in a hotel temporarily. The transportation is very convenient. It is very close to Metro Line 3. Parking is also free. There is a security guard at the door to guide parking. Let me tell you about my experience of checking in. I came late and the front desk service is very friendly. , helped to upgrade the room type for free, and also gave free fruit for check-in, and took the initiative to inform the laundry room and the location of breakfast, which was very considerate. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was also equipped with a smart speaker that can control curtains, lights and other facilities , very friendly to guests who can't find the switch. The breakfast is also very rich, with fruits and pastries. It's a warm stay experience. I will choose this hotel next time.

I had a great experience in this hotel. The location was convenient and it was easy to travel to different parts of the city. The staff members were also nice and helpful. They were very accommodating and it was clear that they were looking out for the best interest of the customer. They even went out of their way to help me find my lost take out delivery! I loved the bath tub in the room and really was able to relax. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hangzhou.

In order to visit the West Lake and Lingyin Temple in Hangzhou, I chose this hotel. It is very cost-effective on the weekend. Although the room has been renovated for 10 years, it is very clean. The restaurant on the 25th floor is very spacious. If the weather is good, you can overlook the West Lake. The restaurant has a rich variety of dishes, which vary every day. The transportation is also relatively convenient. If you go to West Lake, you can just ride a shared bicycle. There is a Guochang Plaza nearby for eating, which basically meets the needs of eating out. The service is really good. When checking in, the front desk clerk added WeChat and introduced the travel routes patiently and enthusiastically. Enjoying the check-in service in the large and bright lobby on the 25th floor is a good start😄. Unexpectedly, after checking out and leaving, I received a call from the hotel: I forgot something! I happened to be communicating through Xiao Fu’s WeChat, so I asked the hotel to express it. It’s rare to write so much. I would like to express my pleasure in visiting Hangzhou again and my gratitude for the hotel’s service.

There are also many free daily necessities in the lobby, as well as red date and wolfberry tea for drinking, and dining on the eighth floor. Convenient, a heart-warming late-night snack. The location around the hotel is very good. It is convenient to travel and is relatively close to the West Lake. The butler service, Ms. Xiao Feng, is super friendly. The hotel is in a good location and quite near a subway station. Well decorated with good size room. The cleanliness was very well done, everyday after we return back to hotel for our rest in the afternoon, the room feels so clean and refreshing so we are very impressed with the cleaning staff. One particular staff worth mentioning is Ms.Hai from the morning breakfast restaurant. On our first morning, we came down to the restaurant at almost 10am, it was very crowded but Ms. Hai took care of us very well, got us our table all cleaned up and made sure we have enough food and the items we wanted as the kitchen was slowly closing up for breakfast to end. On our next few mornings, she did the same excellent service for us and we also saw that she took care of many other guests that needed her help also especially the elderly ones. We think Ms. Hai gives her service from her heart so please convey our special thanks to her. However, we find that the front desk staff are not as friendly as they just put on a superficial smile and they don't really listen and want to help you, maybe you should train them more so that they are able give your guests a more sincere service just like Ms. Hai from the breakfast restaurant. We found one interesting feature when we ordered our food online, its being served by a robot who brings the packed food right in front of our door! Overall experience is a good one. Thank you.

The hotel is the closest to Exit F of Fengqi Road Subway Station, with convenient transportation. Wulin Square is just across the street. After checking in, I found that the washbasin in the bathroom had slight cracks. No bathrobes were found. Soundproofing is not great. When I went out, I found that the red carpet was not very smooth, and I didn't see the staff at that time. If there were children, would there be a safety hazard? You can enter the elevator without swiping your card. I don't quite understand this management method.

A good weekend for children, Atour's location is very good, opposite to Zhejiang Natural History Museum, Science and Technology Museum, 24-hour Natural History Museum, movie theater, and transportation is very convenient. The hotel staff is also very friendly, the hotel air conditioner is very powerful, and the hot water is also big, the children like it very much. There are also beautiful views and fountains outside the window! I will recommend friends and family members to stay again next time!
